Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

What an incredible team of people at this dealership!! Everyone we worked with or encountered there was Down to earth, patient, straightforward and not only were they on top of any questions or requests they actually went the extra mile to without us even asking.

Just crossed two years and 25,000 miles. LOVE this car. The Google infotainment is well-designed and super easy to access and use. There are redundant options for navigation and I believe the instrument cluster is one of the cleanest and best I've experienced. I have the B5 AWD and acceleration and go is very quick and the car rides effortlessly. The lane keeping and lane centering and semi-autonomous driving on major roads is unobtrustive and quite pleasant. I drove six hours in a rainstorm and the car was more effective at tracking the lane markers than I was. Handling could maybe be more sporty. The 2nd row is very comfortable too. Outside of some early infotainment gremlins that first six months from the new Google system, zero issues of any kind.

Bought a 2019 Mercedes preowned three months later, noticed it had a crack on the leather, brought it back. Spoke to Bruce he told me don’t worry about it. We will take care of it. They took the car to get fixed. The place did a great job, I was very satisfied. Thank you, Bruce the pre-owned coordinator. Good customer service.

I love this car! Safe, reliable and well made. No trouble in 2 years of ownership. Owned many Volvos, this is the best and most advanced yet.

Picked up a new S-60 this week. The salesman Lance Jewel was exceptional. He was not only knowledgeable about the car and what it had to offer, but demonstrated a dedication to making sure that I knew what to expect from the car. A true pleasure to deal with him. The salesperson (Tom Drzal) and the general manager (Norm Caruolo) were extremely helpful and, despite a few hiccups with which car I was going to purchase, both Tom and Norm made sure they did everything to ensure I was a happy customer. They not only provided me with the vehicle I wanted, but also financing that worked within my budget. They were very responsive when I called and, if I left a message, they always returned my calls in a timely manner. Their efforts were greatly appreciated. Tony was also helpful with the financing/leasing process. Everyone I dealt with during the process was professional and kind. I would definitely recommend the dealership to others.

Professionalism and efficiency in there delivery is not easy to find. Richard is always so attentive and make me feel quite at ease. Went in for an unusual sound coming from under the car and was told my car would not be ready the same day because they did not have the part, and due to the holidays. I was offered a loaner. The next morning I received a call that my car was ready. The part came in early, service was done and I had my car back in 24 hours. 😊
