Used 2023 Volvo XC60 for sale near McLendon-Chisholm, TX

Although I haven’t purchased a vehicle from here yet, their communication available models has remained consistent. Their staff was very prepared for my visit, ensuring the experience was safe due to the Covid restrictions.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Lyn Ford is the best service advisor I've ever encountered. Having owned several Volvos, Toyotas, Hondas and an Audi over the past 30 years, I've encountered quite a few and Lyn is THE BEST. He's straightforward, attentive, keeps you updated, professional and honest. He is an asset to Crest Volvo and a model for the industry. Many thanks to the service and detail teams. They always do a SUPER job with my volvo.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

The customer service I received from my car salesman, Jesse Keller and business manager, Jorge Ramirez was first class! They both went above and beyond in doing their jobs. Days after getting my car, Jorge contacted me to tell me that he found better financing. The fact that he continued to work on my behalf after I was long gone shows the character and work ethic of those employed by Crest Volvo. I'm a 18 year loyal Toyota SUV guy and I switched to a new XC60. Lovering Volvo in Nashua were great. Sales Mgr Dan was fantastic. No pressure. This is the nicest & most comfortable car I've owned. Fun to drive & easy on gas. Too new to comment on reliability but its safety systems are impressive. Sound system is next level too. I would highly recommend.

The entire sales staff from salesman (Kenneth) to the new car director had a hand in making sure all my emails and questions were answered immediately. You can see the shear number of people below that were involved happily. I was never told the line "we just need you to come in..." once. Everything was done my way, on my terms and I never heard the "lemme go talk to my manager" lunacy you hear everywhere else. All I was told was "sit and relax and I'll take care of that for you." I've never seen a dealership operate this way. One of the smoothest purchases I've ever had. Well done.

Very unusual SUV for a luxury model. Interior and exterior are well designed and made. There are numerous perks, such as having Google verbally operate many SUV functions. It’s a hybrid with a small battery that collects energy to provide minimal better gas mileage. Moving the steering wheel is manual. Very disturbing for a luxury vehicle. There is no interior mood lighting for night operating. Seat comfort and overall room is more than adequate. It has center steering which I love. Its heads-up display has minimal display options other than speed and directions. Overall, a nice SUV. Just takes some getting used to.

Just purchased a Ford Expedition Max. Ray Fuentes was great. We had the car checked out by a mechanic and it was as advertised. Ray went out of his way to work with us. Very pleased
