Used 2023 Volvo XC60 for sale near Piney Point Village, TX

The sales, service, and finance personnel provided great customer service, especially my salesperson Brandon. Although it was a long day, everyone made it a fairly smooth experience.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

I worked with employee Marcus, and if ever needed I would request to consult with him specifically because he went above and beyond in every aspect. He carefully and throughly explained rates and other details to make sure I understood, He was super friendly and genuine and he made financing as easy and stress free as possible, and he answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I'm a 18 year loyal Toyota SUV guy and I switched to a new XC60. Lovering Volvo in Nashua were great. Sales Mgr Dan was fantastic. No pressure. This is the nicest & most comfortable car I've owned. Fun to drive & easy on gas. Too new to comment on reliability but its safety systems are impressive. Sound system is next level too. I would highly recommend.

Very unusual SUV for a luxury model. Interior and exterior are well designed and made. There are numerous perks, such as having Google verbally operate many SUV functions. It’s a hybrid with a small battery that collects energy to provide minimal better gas mileage. Moving the steering wheel is manual. Very disturbing for a luxury vehicle. There is no interior mood lighting for night operating. Seat comfort and overall room is more than adequate. It has center steering which I love. Its heads-up display has minimal display options other than speed and directions. Overall, a nice SUV. Just takes some getting used to.

I test drove a car with Sabrina the other day and she is VERY well knowledgeable in all things american muscle, I was very impressed with how much she knew and she has wonderful people skills. The car i wanted sold but I will surely be back to buy from Auto boutique from Sabrina. Usually I dread going to car dealerships but she made this such an enjoyable experience

I'm still giving 4 stars because the sales and finance guys did a good job. The buying process seemed to go smoothly but after we wrapped things up the salesman decided to have the car "wiped down". Unfortunately, in addition to wiping it down, someone decided that it would be a good idea to introduce a powerful chemical deodorant on the seatbelt and other places in the car. Normal car odors don't need to be covered up. They can be easily removed. The chemical deodorant is a much bigger problem. Despite multiple deep cleanings and ozone treatments, the powerful deodorant smell has not yet been eliminated.

finance is usually the longest part of the car buying experience. Technology has sped things up at Northside Lexus. I spend more time at a restaurant.

RAUL GENTLY TALKED WITH BOTH DEMONTROND AND WARRANTY FROEVER REPS TO DO THE REAPIRS AT WEST HOUSTON AND HOPEFULLY HE WILL SOLVE THE ISSUE AND WE WILL RESCHEDULE WITH THEM TO DO THE REPAIRS , HE WAS VERY HELPFUL.

I have taken my vehicle here for service for 5.5 years. The service advisors and managers have always been super helpful. During my most recent visit, I needed to fix my air conditioner which was around $4K. The Service advisor, Daniel, and manager, Rich, reached out to Volvo. The Volvo rep agreed to cover the entire cost because of goodwill assistance. I'm so appreciative of the proactive approach Daniel and Rich took to ensure my vehicle got fixed at no cost to me.
