Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

I had a great experience working with Toni the salesman, he answered all of my questions. i bought a BMW x5 the other day, for a great price. there was a small ding that i notices afterwords (a very minor ding). He gave me bindis number (the service advisor) and they took care of it. Awesome dealership and I will be recommending to friends and family.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Trent greeted me as soon as I stepped out of my car. He told me that I was going to receive VIP treatment and he did not disappoint me. He did a presentation of both MDX that I wanted to see by having all doors open and a brief walk through and overview of the features before the test drive. He was knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and absolutely the best car sales experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.

Just crossed two years and 25,000 miles. LOVE this car. The Google infotainment is well-designed and super easy to access and use. There are redundant options for navigation and I believe the instrument cluster is one of the cleanest and best I've experienced. I have the B5 AWD and acceleration and go is very quick and the car rides effortlessly. The lane keeping and lane centering and semi-autonomous driving on major roads is unobtrustive and quite pleasant. I drove six hours in a rainstorm and the car was more effective at tracking the lane markers than I was. Handling could maybe be more sporty. The 2nd row is very comfortable too. Outside of some early infotainment gremlins that first six months from the new Google system, zero issues of any kind.

Sam gave me such a warm welcome when I arrived and made everything feel easy right from the start. The team was professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Overall, it was a truly excellent experience.

This car has blown me away. It has all the bells and whistles I wanted and drive like butter! The color is perfect and the rims are bomb! The interior is clean, and very well taken care of.

Cars are well-priced, and so you don't feel like you have to go through exhausting negotiations to make sure you're getting a good value. Both salespeople I worked with (Moe and Henry) were very helpful in getting me the information I needed to make a decision, and they both were readily available to assist me throughout the steps of the transaction. I bought from out of state, and so I really appreciated the responsiveness. All the paperwork was delivered in the timeframe they promised me. Overall, it was a smooth transaction and I'm very pleased with the car I purchased from them.

Love our gently used 2015 Volvo XC60 T6 Turbo wagon. 130k miles on it and we have only had to replace the alternator and battery. Does not burn oil, does not leak oil. Has been a very reliable car. If you do the maintenance and change the oil every 5 thousand miles it will last a long time. Regular oil changes are very important as with any car. Most people don’t do this. The 6 cylinder is one the best engines they have made. Timing chain will last a long time as long as you put new clean oil in the engine every 5k miles. No transmission problems and no differential problems for us. No one likes to spend $2,000 for the 90k service but it’s a big one. Important preventative maintenance will take this car to 200,000 miles. Read the owners manual and follow the service schedule.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

Waited a long time to go from a 2010 to a 2020 XC60. There is no comparison to the fit, comfort, and digital experience. The stereo is outstanding. Like night and day. And I really like the older XC60!

He is extremely good at what he does and any car dealer should know that he is the very best at his trade. I would recommend Dave for a promotion but I believe he is the top dog there already. Poised is the best word for it. Handles great in comparison to my older XC90 I had, has great power for an SUV. In comparison to things like the crosstrek with 180hp, the VW Atlas with 180hp, this little guy has over 270hp. Drives great, amazing safety features, I just really enjoy my car. Had it almost 3 months now and I still love really enjoy driving it everywhere.

This is the second car I've bought from CarMax (I also once sold a car). Every experience has been fantastic but this actually ranks as the best. Sales Consultant LaShinda John answered every question I had via email and then, for financing, by phone so that I walked in with the exact make, model and trim I wanted waiting for me to test drive and pre-approved for financing. I'm a 18 year loyal Toyota SUV guy and I switched to a new XC60. Lovering Volvo in Nashua were great. Sales Mgr Dan was fantastic. No pressure. This is the nicest & most comfortable car I've owned. Fun to drive & easy on gas. Too new to comment on reliability but its safety systems are impressive. Sound system is next level too. I would highly recommend.

From the moment you walk inside, you are treated likely royalty. You can tell they put Customer satisfaction at the top of mind, keeping up with high expectations of Lexus Customers. I was treated fairly, and respectfully from the start to the end of our transaction. I went back a few days later for window tinting, and was treated the same at the Service department. 8 years later we still love this vehicle. We plan on driving it until it goes to the junk heap. The dealership in Edmonton is excellent and this is an SUV made for cold Alberta winters. Volvo makes a great realiable car.
