I sold my Toyota RAV4 and purchased a Volvo XC 60. I have been very pleased with the performance of the car. I have to admit I miss the gas mileage of the Toyota RAV4. Some of the detailing of the interior of the car seen a bit cheap. The first time I used the hood latch the trim around the latch handle came loose.I purchased the car because of the safety reputation and history of Volvo.

Purchased 2015 Volvo XC60 T6 R-Design two years ago with 34000 miles. Now almost 60000. I don’t have any problem with the car so far. It’s very comfortable with combination of T6 engine and polestar update is pleasure to drive . There only two things I don’t like . MPG and When raining and open the window water go in .

Tony and his brother Shaq were awesome. He was willing to take the car to a 3rd party shop for a pre purchase inspection for me. He even stayed there till almost 7pm while they completed the inspection. Everything checked out great. I put a deposit down and then flew into Dulles the following weekend to pick the car up. They picked my girlfriend and I up from the airport and we were test driving the car within 15 minutes. Actually purchasing the car took about 20 minutes and we were off! Awesome experience and really appreciate Tony going above and beyond make me feel comfortable with doing a long distance deal.

8 years later we still love this vehicle. We plan on driving it until it goes to the junk heap. The dealership in Edmonton is excellent and this is an SUV made for cold Alberta winters. Volvo makes a great realiable car.

I have rarely felt a genuine affection for a car. I had a 2013 XC60 before this and technologically, the 2020 is lightyears ahead. You can tell how much thought Volvo put into this car when the Auto Start/Stop feature is so seamless that I have no desire to turn it off. I give all voice commands for everything from climate to Nav to radio so there is no need to take your eye off of the road.

Was looking for a conversation van. Found 1 on the lot. Needed A/C repair. Said they would fix it. Put down a miniscule amount to hold. In the meantime numerous offers came. Start to finish it was a positive experience. My Salesperson Manni Rodriguez was informative and not pushy. He allowed me to test drive the car without probing me with 100 questions. Afterward, he gave me the space and time I needed to make an informed decision but was ready to answer all my questions when I was ready. If he didn't have the answer he let me know he would look into it and followed up right away. He didn't do the typical song and dance all car salespeople are known to do. He asked about financing and offered to let me speak with their financing specialist, when I declined he didn't push the subject except to let me know it's available if I wanted a second opinion. When it was time to pay for the car, Gao Huang (Peter) had everything ready to go and went thru the paperwork. He asked about my rate and said he could beat it. I thought I had a pretty good rate from my bank so I didn't think he would, but sure enough, he did. so I went with them. Again Peter was very informative and answered my questions. Purchasing our next Volvo from Ourisman Volvo Cars of Frederic exceeded our expectations! Finding a 2013 C70 Platinum with low miles is difficult as there aren't many for sale, but Ourisman took one in under their used inventory and right away we knew we needed this car! We already have an older C70 but wanted a newer one, and this purchase would be our 5th Volvo, an exceptional car. We immediately contacted Ourisman and spoke with Julian Thornton, a most professional and wonderful person by the way. We live in Georgia so were very skeptical about how this purchase would go given the distance between us. This is where Julian and the fine people at Ourisman really excelled with their customer service and buying process. We were able to secure the car with them from our home, and then arranged to fly up the next Friday for a final inspection/test-drive and completing the purchase. I was greeted at the airport for their complimentary pick-up and chauffeured the 50 minutes to Ourisman in Frederick MD. Once there I was introduced to Julian and we proceeded from there. The C70 was impeccable, completing the purchase was effortless and in a very short time I was in our new (used) C70 driving back to Atlanta. I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

This is my second XC60. I totaled my first in a rear end accident. The car I hit looked terrible. My airbag deployed, but my car actually looked fine and drove fin, but the cost of repair was too high with the airbag. I ended up finding this model with added a few nice extra safety features to the 2013 I had. The car is comfortable with plenty of luggage space for a mid size SUV. The turbo 6 really makes the car scoot, and the AWD system is hardy I've take it for mild off road driving (well, my last 2103 I did at least) and it handles well.
