Our service tech, Roman Garcia, was great to work with. From the moment he met us at our car upon drop off, he made us feel as though our business was most important. He listened to our concerns and said he'd look into them. We were given a loaner as he noted our vehicle would be in the shop all day long. I contacted Tracy Castillo when I received a promotional offer to upgrade ny 2017 S60 Inscription for a 2020 S60. My hopes were to get out of the current model I was in that I didn't like at all, for a new one, but for the same price.
