We had a great experience at DARCARS Volvo in Fairfax. I reached out to confirm the availability of one of the used cars and Tim, the manager, quickly responded. We made an appointment for the next day and the car was out front ready for us. Tim referred us to Lonnell, who was very personable and straight forward. We were happy with the car and settled with their finance manager. Not huge space, but very comfortable and nice layout inside.

(Manager) ensured my deal went through exactly how I wanted it. She crunched numbers and stayed late until the deal was finished. Your service Dept. was top notch. Sang was great. He always kept us informed. work was completed ahead of schedule, and we really appreciated the loaner while repairs were completed. i just wish we would have started bringing our car here sooner for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
