About a month ago I had the pleasure of working with Lisa to purchase the first car I've ever bought from a dealership. Years of worrying about how dealerships work went away during my visit there. I didn't feel like they just wanted my money and even though I was buying a used car I didn't once feel like I was getting ripped off. In fact, this is by far the best car I've ever owned. And yes we are now proud owners of an XC90. He has complete knowledge of the different Volvo models and he makes sure you are satisfied with his answer. But the best part of his presentation is that there is no “pressure “ to have one make a decision right there. The question doesn’t come up.
