We loved the whole experience, but the convenience of not having to haggle over pricing while sitting at a dealership and instead having the vehicle delivered to our home for both the test drive and the purchase was a first for us. We don’t buy cars in South Carolina ever. This time we were in a crunch and found a car at Dick Dyer. I can honestly say hands down I have never had such amazing service from a dealership here. Ervin Davis was our sales person and he was open and honest. He didn’t push us one bit. We bought the car. The whole process took maybe 2 hours where I’m used to 3 or 4. I will definitely buy a car again from there and him if the time arises.
