Hands down the BEST dealership around! The Solon LR/Jag dealership is 2 min from my office and where I got my last car; but after bad customer service experiences there I decided to make the drive to Westside. It is 1000% worth it! The facilities and the people are great! The real star of the show there is their finance manager Jess Schad! I have never had such a great car buying experience, and it’s all thanks to her. She made everything easy and PERFECT! Jess went completely above and beyond in customer service throughout the entire process. I was blown away by her personalized attention at every step. Jehovani is a great worker who doesnt try to scam or bs customers with any shady antics. I appreciate his honesty and service towards my sale. Buying a car isn’t anything I enjoy. However, this was a wonderful experience. The test drive was easy to set up, dealing with sales person was very pleasant and taking delivery of the car was exceptional. A great deal of time was given by the sales person to answer all my questions, assist with a complicated trade-in and demonstrate the cars features. It was painless and I very much appreciate the effort put out to make it smooth.

We have bought a few cars from Kempthorn at this point and they have not let us down yet. Each purchase has been pleasant. Great to deal with.

Have had my 2011 Saab 9 3 XWD Serviced Several Times. They try to do the best they can considering that GM Screwed Saab by forcing them to File Bankruptcy. Have appointment for 07/29/2023 to check car out.
