I was visiting from out of town when the “check tires” light came on. It appeared that all the tires were properly inflated but the warning light persisted. I was able to get an appointment at Almartin within the hour. The experience during my phone call with them was professional and I was greeted warmly on arrival and the car taken into the shop almost immediately. After almost an hour, Ben came to see me with the good news; the warning light was a false call and easily adjusted. There was no charge for the service and only a $10 charge for a new battery for my balky key fob. Ben and the team at Almartin were terrific.

Mike always does an excellent job to take care of our needs. The team did a thorough exam of my vehicle, and battery voltage turned out to be the culprit of mysterious sensor readings that disappeared after I charged the battery (driving to the dealership). Mike walked me through service options and made relevant recommendations. He called promptly when service was complete. The experience was easy, as always. Hands down the BEST dealership around! The Solon LR/Jag dealership is 2 min from my office and where I got my last car; but after bad customer service experiences there I decided to make the drive to Westside. It is 1000% worth it! The facilities and the people are great! The real star of the show there is their finance manager Jess Schad! I have never had such a great car buying experience, and it’s all thanks to her. She made everything easy and PERFECT! Jess went completely above and beyond in customer service throughout the entire process. I was blown away by her personalized attention at every step. She made both the shopping and the actual purchase not just seamless, but actually enjoyable (I normally dread it)! My uncle is a car-buying and financial guru, and came with me to pick up the car. He said in all of his decades of car buying he hadn’t seen such great service.
