Used 2023 Volvo XC90 SUVs for sale near Demarest, NJ

I recently obtain a complete set of 20 inch rims and tires from this dealership for my 2022 XC60. I wanted to downgrade from my 21 inch rims. When my tire installer tried to mount the new rims he couldn't. I went back to this dealership to see what they could do. Turns out Volvo had over painted the rims and Mike informed me that he would have a technician remove the excess paint and mount the tire for me. I was very happy that Smythe Volve stepped up to the plate and took care of me. I highly recommend them.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

Had an pleasant interaction with the sales staff. At first by email and phone. Then visited at due to random chance. The sales person i spoke to was really pleasant, not pushy. However the dealership, like many other, tacked on additional fees which should be part of the cost of business and not added to the customer as 'additional fees'. I didnt purchase because at the time i wasn't ready, so i didnt get to negotiate etc, however the added fees are discouraging.

As a long-time customer, I've seen this entity improve substantially under it's relatively new management. My most recent service visit (scheduled annual maintenance) was particularly gratifying. Antonio has handled me in the past, and he made me feel as if he knew me personally, even though it's been a year since we last interacted. He is thoroughly professional, and he is an excellent ambassador for a company that delivers on the promise of superb service, which one hopes for when paying for Volvo - I was well taken care of - and it's highly appreciated - especially during these stressful times. We're currently living upstate, but I preferred to take care of this in Manhattan, instead of establishing a new relationship with an upstate dealer, and I am glad I did so.

At a different Volvo dealership, my car was sitting waiting for service from the 13th. Prestige Volvo kept giving me extended wait times despite me calling to get a rough lead time before getting my car towed there. On the 29th I ran out of patience. Smythe and a few other Volvo dealerships have told me that they can see it on the same day or next if I get it towed there. I've had a good experience at Smythe with my old 99 S80, so I chose them. My car was seen the same day. The difference in service was night and day. I received a digital sign off on the work to be done, along with a video of things to look out for. I couldn't believe it. Meanwhile, I would probably still be waiting around for my car to be seen at the other dealership. I don't know what their issue was, and it no longer matters. I won't be back there ever. I never thought i would be writing a positive review about a car dealership after being burned in the past, however my experience here at glen cove volvo has been nothing short of great. Jehovani is a great worker who doesnt try to scam or bs customers with any shady antics. I appreciate his honesty and service towards my sale. Although, i did buy an Acura from a volvo dealer, im pretty confident in my purchase and the smooth transaction from the dealer reassured me even more.

I needed a new set of rims for my Polestar 2 so that I can have a winter wheel set and a summer wheel set. I worked with Dan Filipe and he was great. He was quick to respond to e-mail and texts, he got the parts in, and he promptly shipped them out. When he did ship them out, he sent an e-mail with the tracking number. The rims arrived in perfect shape. It may seem a simple thing for a manager to be responsive and proactive in communication, but I don't take it for granted. Dan set the bar for others.

Paul helped me and advised during my visit to the service department. He was very knowledgeable detail oriented and explained all very clearly. However I have a concern with the service department. When I tried to make an appointment the phones kept ringing but no one picked up. Tried to connect thru parts and sales department and it was again going to a voice mail. Left a message but did not hear back. I called again and got the parts department and the gentleman at parts instructed me to send a text. Then they responded. The management should look into a better way for customers to set up services ce appointment. Thank you.

This was one of my best experience shopping for a new car , Jerry Chen was the person I worked with . He is very knowledgeable and had the patience to explain to me about the car and he listened to my needs . Due to the pandemic and my age I had so much trust in him that I never walked in the shop . We did the sale by phone and he even bought the car to my place amd took my old lease car , We completed the paperwork outside and I love the car

This is best Volvo dealership in the area! Recently had my XC90 serviced! Matt in service was great! I had an unexpected service repair and he did a good job explaining what was wrong! I was able to get a loner car and keep it for two days while they fixed my car!! There was a mistake with my bill and Matt addressed that as well and followed up! This not the 1st Volvo I purchased and serviced from here! If I was going to purchase again, it would only be from this dealership!

This was my 20,000 mile maintenance check up, but I had a tire that had a bubble due to these awful roads in NY/CT. Ashley quickly identified the problem; ordered the tire, and had it installed in time for me to drive my car for a planned weekend vacation. This dealership provided excellent service!
