Visited Grieco Honda, Johnston,RI, on Fri. Mar.28, just to begin looking for a new vehicle. Didn’t plan to drive off the lot that day with a new vehicle, because “just looking “. Then we were introduced to Jacob Hammen. He put me right at ease by asking me what I was looking for in a vehicle, not what he wanted for me. He gave me the time to make a decision, narrowing it down to two cars of interest, which he then allowed us to test drive. Fell in love with a Honda Accord. From there, Jacob went above and beyond to present a deal that we were very comfortable with. Bought a used XC90 from them and it went smooth...price was better than most anyone I could find and I got in and out in about 2 hours all in. overall pretty happy and surely happy with the crazy low price I got. will come back.

While they were appraising my trade-in, they handed me a tablet with a car configurator. Built a mint green ASX while I waited—way better than sitting around. When it was time to talk numbers, everything was clear and upfront. No “let’s circle back” games.

The actual bill was 80 percent higher than the estimate due to a 200 dollar add on for “diagnose issue”. The passage seat motor was not working what is there to diagnose? Otherwise - service was great and everyone was very responsive.
