Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. Bought a used Volvo at an Infinity dealership but was treated great. No appointment in Service but they checked the car out as I requested. The wait was a bit long but I was a drop in.

I expected the price to be higher, especially for the trim level I wanted. But with their current discount and my trade-in, it came out really reasonable. Didn’t have to lock myself into a 10-year loan. That was a nice surprise.
