This dealership owned by the Riley family has evolved with the times since my first Volvo back in 1980. The main reason I like their service is Paul Zulkeski. Paul comes from a Volvo service background and knows these cars inside out. Bottom line, he gets the right job done the first time. I have no idea what I'll do in terms of service when the time comes that he is no longer there.

I have had a great experience here. The Sales team was extremely patient and did not push us to make a purchase. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Service is great as well. They always accommodate our requests and respond with an option that is convenient to us. Premm was great. He spoke with me and understood our concerns and provided immediate assistance in making sure that the issues with the car were handled and addressed right away.

An incredible buying experience. Carlo went above and beyond when assisting me in selecting and purchasing my Volvo. All car sales representatives should take a lesson from Carlo. After 3 other Volvo purchases over the years, Danbury Volvo has become my "go to" dealer from now on. There should be a 5+ star rating!

Had an pleasant interaction with the sales staff. At first by email and phone. Then visited at due to random chance. The sales person i spoke to was really pleasant, not pushy. However the dealership, like many other, tacked on additional fees which should be part of the cost of business and not added to the customer as 'additional fees'. I didnt purchase because at the time i wasn't ready, so i didnt get to negotiate etc, however the added fees are discouraging.

As a long-time customer, I've seen this entity improve substantially under it's relatively new management. My most recent service visit (scheduled annual maintenance) was particularly gratifying. Antonio has handled me in the past, and he made me feel as if he knew me personally, even though it's been a year since we last interacted. He is thoroughly professional, and he is an excellent ambassador for a company that delivers on the promise of superb service, which one hopes for when paying for Volvo - I was well taken care of - and it's highly appreciated - especially during these stressful times. We're currently living upstate, but I preferred to take care of this in Manhattan, instead of establishing a new relationship with an upstate dealer, and I am glad I did so.

Aldo was absolutely amazing with helping me find and buy my first car! Extremely nice and a very positive person even when there were a few bumps in the road. As he is still continuing to help and answer any of my questions even after my deal was finalized. I rate him a 10/10 and probably wouldn’t have had such a great experience without him!

Paul helped me and advised during my visit to the service department. He was very knowledgeable detail oriented and explained all very clearly. However I have a concern with the service department. When I tried to make an appointment the phones kept ringing but no one picked up. Tried to connect thru parts and sales department and it was again going to a voice mail. Left a message but did not hear back. I called again and got the parts department and the gentleman at parts instructed me to send a text. Then they responded. The management should look into a better way for customers to set up services ce appointment. Thank you.

This is best Volvo dealership in the area! Recently had my XC90 serviced! Matt in service was great! I had an unexpected service repair and he did a good job explaining what was wrong! I was able to get a loner car and keep it for two days while they fixed my car!! There was a mistake with my bill and Matt addressed that as well and followed up! This not the 1st Volvo I purchased and serviced from here! If I was going to purchase again, it would only be from this dealership!

I needed a new set of rims for my Polestar 2 so that I can have a winter wheel set and a summer wheel set. I worked with Dan Filipe and he was great. He was quick to respond to e-mail and texts, he got the parts in, and he promptly shipped them out. When he did ship them out, he sent an e-mail with the tracking number. The rims arrived in perfect shape. It may seem a simple thing for a manager to be responsive and proactive in communication, but I don't take it for granted. Dan set the bar for others.

I recently purchased a Volvo XC40 on 04/17/2023 from Volvo Cars Manhattan with the help of Mr. Eric Mitchell. The experience was truly amazing! Mr. Mitchell was not aggressive in trying to make a sale unlike so many other dealerships. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable in the vehicles Volvo Manufactures. Mr. Michell worked with me in getting to the price I was willing to pay for the vehicle and with the assistance of Mr. Rich Correa, the financing and paperwork were a pleasant experience. Glen Cove Volvo far surpasses the phrase customer service. As soon as you drive up for service there is someone there to greet you with a smile and to make sure all of your questions and needs are answered. Whether your car is in for an hour or a few days they constantly aren’t in touch with you to let you know the progress and how soon they will have your car back to you. When I picked up my car it was ready for me completely cleaned inside and out and all I had to do was exchange the keys of the loaner vehicle I was using get into my car and on the way I went. A special thank you goes out to Bob the service manager who handled my car and Glen Cove Volvo is very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee.

Ashley, my service coordinator, was extremely professional throughout the entire process. This was my 20,000 mile maintenance check up, but I had a tire that had a bubble due to these awful roads in NY/CT. Ashley quickly identified the problem; ordered the tire, and had it installed in time for me to drive my car for a planned weekend vacation. This dealership provided excellent service!
