The 2 salespeople I worked with Michelle and Jasmin(Jazz) were outstanding and a pleasure to work with Michelle went to incredible lengths to put me in touch with the car I was interested in. She answered all of my questions about costs, discounts, etc... and validated all of my concerns especially with the available financing options. Jazz was able to transfer all the information needed to make an absolutely incredible deal. I loved my conversations with Michelle and the stress free signing of the paperwork with Jazz. She readily answered my questions about both new model Volvos and older models. Her manner was straight-forward with no pressure on sale. Francesca was responsive. When I had questions upon returning home after our first meeting and test drive she answered my emailed queries promptly, of which there were several—even after I had purchased the car.
