My sales professional, John, was extremely attentive, and took care to get me exactly what I wanted. There was no back and forth negotiations like at most dealers. I emailed him what I was looking for and my price point. He made it happen. The vehicle was ready when I arrived and all it took was the test drive to seal the deal. Online scheduling, great. Mike reviewed my visit when I dropped the car off. Suggested exactly what service I needed. Mechanic on top of the work. Caught a motor mount going bad along with the requested work. He sent a video that showed the failing mount. Plus the very low cooling fluid. Nice to see the visual problems. Every thing done as requested. Great dealership. Can not think of going anywhere else. Mike explained what I would need at next visit time.

Great, knowledgeable, non-pushy sales folks. I worked mainly with Ezra Nathan, who I would highly recommend. Mitchel Insel assisted. I recommend these folks and the dealership in general. I met Judith Krupnick, the president. She was very nice and said to call her if I have any issues--who does that. I had a car from another manufacturer for 10 years and I never heard from the owner or the service folks, and it was not easy to get an appointment. When I told them I wanted to buy new car they did not seems interested. At CH Volvo they had what I wanted, an XC40 and I love it! Lastly, Trent, the sales mgr made the paperwork easy and gave me a good tradein for my older vehicle.

This is the first time I have ever received a video of the work being done on my car with a complete explanation of all steps! This team was thorough, professional, pleasant, and personal at all times. Because of this experience, I will continue to utilize Keystone of Doylestown for all my service and future purchases.
