Rafik greeted me warmly and without pressure showed me the advantages of getting a Volvo. He made the car not only seem fantastic, but specifically fantastic for me. He stayed patient when we went over pricing and never seemed irritated, or pressured me during negotiations. He genuinely seemed to care that I left the dealership with a car I loved and a payment I was happy with. I had been visiting dealerships for nearly two weeks and Rafik’s demeanor was a breath of fresh air. I can say without a doubt that he was the best sales person at any of the dealerships I had dealt with. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Volvo, that perfectly combines luxury, convenience, safety and is amazingly fun to drive.

It’s a great family or single person car. It’s got 3rd row seating for extra room, but not to big like Escalade when trying to find parking in Seattle area. It’s fully loaded with features for most comfort. Heated seats front and back, cooling front seats, DVD player, navigation, roof rack, extra trunk space, and its great on mileage for V8. Perfect for NW winter or summer fun.

I purchased my 2009 Volvo XC90 last year to serve the purpose of a comfortable commuter car, and considering I payed next to nothing for the vehicle itself, my expectations weren't too high. However, after only owning the vehicle for a very short time, I found myself thoroughly impressed with the car. It became apparent to me that Volvo built their cars with a different mindset then their german rivals, as none of the features that my Volvo was equipped with were revolutionary for the time: heated seats, automatic climate, rear seat entertainment, etc. All very nice options to have, but they could be just as easily had on an X5. However, getting behind the driver's seat of the Volvo is completely different from a BMW or Audi, as the car feels just as heavy as it is. Rather than trying to mask the weight of the car, Volvo chose the path of embracing it - and it worked. Driving the XC90 is like driving a comfortable, leather-lined tank: it's confidence inspiring not in terms of speed, but road presence. To sum it up, I would absolutely recommend the XC90 to anyone in the market for a quality used SUV, as Swedish engineering proved itself to be a pleasant surprise to a German-biased individual such as myself.

I contacted Tracy Castillo when I received a promotional offer to upgrade ny 2017 S60 Inscription for a 2020 S60. My hopes were to get out of the current model I was in that I didn't like at all, for a new one, but for the same price. Tracy was amazing and helped me find an available model that would meet my needs. With assistance from Tony Tehrani, they found a loaner model that would meet my price range and the car is just amazing. Financing and paperwork done with Juilo at Culver City Volvo was quick ,easy, and very detailed. Lastly, I had Kylon give me a walk through of the car and showed me all the features. This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

My experience with Culver City Volvo was in stark contrast to that w/ too many other Volvo dealers in the area. This is my 3rd Volvo S60 and I couldn't be happier.

I originally bought my car from here 9 years ago and I drive the extra distance from home to get my car services from here because it is always excellent! (Better than other Volvo dealerships in SoCal) Helpful service reps. Clean and useful customer lounge so I got work done while waiting for services to be completed. I had a great experience with Culver city volvo when I leased my lovely peal white S60 hybrid that gets 44 miles on a charge rather than 20 on my last hybrid As I lease a car every 3 years I have a lot of experience with dealerships, and my experience here was excellent. My monthly payment is $150 less than the local Volvo dealership's proposal, and my car was delivered by Dan who was extremely kind and proficient. He had my phone paired to the car in seconds, and had me logged in online to the Volvo website. I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

Volvo is known for safety and this one delivers with all the latest safety features. But it also adds performance with a combination of supercharging for power off the line, with turbocharging to add power in mid range. Together they deliver performance similar to a V8 with a lot better mpg. The interior is very modern and tasteful. Seats very comfortable. We opted for the air suspension system which really makes a difference in our area with rough roads. I'd recommend it to anyone. Also added the high performance sound system from Bowers and Wilkins. I did not think I wanted to pay up for it, but once I heard it I couldn't pass it up. Many great tech features like Pilot Assist (auto drive), cross traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, auto park, etc. Recommend the T6 level powertrain, the Air Suspension, and if you can swing it, the Bowers and Wilkins sound system.
