As a long-time customer, I've seen this entity improve substantially under it's relatively new management. My most recent service visit (scheduled annual maintenance) was particularly gratifying. Antonio has handled me in the past, and he made me feel as if he knew me personally, even though it's been a year since we last interacted. He is thoroughly professional, and he is an excellent ambassador for a company that delivers on the promise of superb service, which one hopes for when paying for Volvo - I was well taken care of - and it's highly appreciated - especially during these stressful times. We're currently living upstate, but I preferred to take care of this in Manhattan, instead of establishing a new relationship with an upstate dealer, and I am glad I did so.

Austin Volvo dealer provided us with great service as we had to deal with turning back our Volvo while we still had a 1-year lease to go on VCFS. We needed to give back the car earlier due to immigration into Europe. The sales team worked out a solution for us where we did not lose any money and where Volvo Austin gets a nice used car to re-sell into the market. We are very happy, great service! We worked with Jacob and he was accommodating with our schedules to test drive (twice) and help us understand the options and benefits of a Hybrid vehicle. He answered all our questions in person or by text. After it arrived he made sure it was ready when we arrived so it was a quick and easy process. He gave us a thorough demo of how to set up the car and followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any questions. Would definitely work with Jacob and Fields again.

Great experience from start to finish! When we arrived Tony came right out to greet us. There was one car that we were interested in and wanted to test drive. Tony picked up on that right away and off we went! He did not waste time trying to sell us something we did not want. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Had a terrific experience buying an XC-60. Ashley knew the car well and answered our questions directly. We asked to drive several cars before we chose the 2022 B5 but Ashley was patient and pleasant as we made the decision. Excellent dealership!
