Used Volvo XC90 Plug-In Hybrid for sale near Glendora, CA

I'm still giving 4 stars because the sales and finance guys did a good job. The buying process seemed to go smoothly but after we wrapped things up the salesman decided to have the car "wiped down". Unfortunately, in addition to wiping it down, someone decided that it would be a good idea to introduce a powerful chemical deodorant on the seatbelt and other places in the car. Normal car odors don't need to be covered up. They can be easily removed. The chemical deodorant is a much bigger problem. Despite multiple deep cleanings and ozone treatments, the powerful deodorant smell has not yet been eliminated.

I have had a great experience here. The Sales team was extremely patient and did not push us to make a purchase. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Service is great as well. They always accommodate our requests and respond with an option that is convenient to us. Premm was great. He spoke with me and understood our concerns and provided immediate assistance in making sure that the issues with the car were handled and addressed right away.

Both the service department and the parts department where very knowledgeable and thorough. Assessed the issue over the phone. Ordered the parts ahead of time and then got me in immediately when the parts arrived. Had me in and out on time. Facility was super clean and had a very comfortable area to wait in while the car was serviced. The people were great as well.

Palm Springs Volvo has the best selection of wagons in the west! Staff were knowledgeable, personable, likeable, and friendly. Davina Lessor, my "Volvo Genius", was responsive and helpful. She really cared about making my Volvo purchase super pleasant and a win-win for me and the dealership.

They were patient and respectful. They listened to my concerns and provided me with the perfect vehicle. I love Volvo, but I have to confess, I hate dealing with car dealerships. That was not the case working with Ashley and her team. When my 2014 S60 T5 reached its seven-year CPO warranty limit, I felt it was time to shop for a new one. I was interested in getting a recharge version, but none of the dealers in the area had one except for Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. They had one that was exactly what I was looking for - as a demo car. I loved the car but was concerned that because it was used for demo, it had almost 5,000 miles on it. Ashley, and the team at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia, solved it by giving me the best of both worlds - the car was sold as new (has not been titled yet), and I would receive the CPO warranty on it. With just a little work on the trade-in value, we had a deal! I also bought the prepaid maintenance plan (a great value-add). Ashley, Justin, and Alexis worked to get everything ready before I came to the dealership, so the whole process was quick and painless. Ashley also spent quite some time walking me through the system controls in the new car (quite extensive). This was probably the best car buying experience I had. It met and even exceeded my expectations from both Volvo and Jim Ellis. I know I will be back there in about 5-10 years, when I might be looking to get a new Volvo.

I cannot speak highly enough about Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia and their commitment to customer satisfaction. My wife and I were initially having some mechanical issues with our used Volvo purchase. Our sales rep Richard Ramey, shop rep Marcus Wise, and the rest of the Volvo team went above and beyond to ensure that our new family vehicle was fully repaired and problem-free at no additional cost to us. We are very pleased with the service at Mall of GA and are now long time customers.

Had a terrific experience buying an XC-60. Ashley knew the car well and answered our questions directly. We asked to drive several cars before we chose the 2022 B5 but Ashley was patient and pleasant as we made the decision. Excellent dealership!
