Austin Volvo dealer provided us with great service as we had to deal with turning back our Volvo while we still had a 1-year lease to go on VCFS. We needed to give back the car earlier due to immigration into Europe. The sales team worked out a solution for us where we did not lose any money and where Volvo Austin gets a nice used car to re-sell into the market. We are very happy, great service! Josh and Josh were great in the interactions I had with them, friendly and no pressure whatsoever. I felt they had some limitations on the knowledge of the recharge vehicle that they will get better at I'm sure over time since it is a new product. There was some minor confusion in finance with the loan rate, initially it was disclosed by the financer at 0.99 during our meeting, then it went up to 1.99 (0.99 was noted as a mistake initially) which is where I was told was the actual rate and was what I financed, but then the next day it was noted on the website back down to 0.99 where it still is today, so that felt a little uncomfortable. The extended warranty options were a bit confusing as there were additional aftermarket protections offered in addition to the 10 year 125,000 mile product that was purchased. If there was a 10 year product with less mileage I would have been more happy with that as I don't drive many miles, but it was not suggested. Overall delivery was efficient and comfortable. The volvo car website has great information. The volvo on call app is still very rudimentary and a work in progress. But I am very happy with my vehicle.

Over all great experience with buying a car. I first contacted them about a car on Cars.com on a Sunday. I received a reply that day and was put in contact with Nick. I spoke with Nick about the car and discussed purchasing it. I was from out of state and when I was able to drive in and see that car I was impressed. The car was in fantastic shape and I ended purchasing the car with Mike’s (I did not realize I was working a different salesman until later as my husband was the first person to great a salesman). Anyway, Mike quickly looked into my online profile and knew exactly which car I was there for. He quickly helped us get the paperwork rolling. I have to admit I’m not used to the car buying process, it felt like it took from ever. But the entire sales team was so helpful, they found me a great for financing, worked to add my car to my insurance policy, got me all fixed up with the proper tags and plates for the state I live in, and cleaned up and gased up my new car for the drive home. I was really impressed. Thank you to Nick, Mike, Haley and the rest of the team.

I could have selected a number of different reason for why I enjoyed my experience with Stillman Volvo. The personnel, amenities, the website as well as the financial process were all a 10.

I contacted Tracy Castillo when I received a promotional offer to upgrade ny 2017 S60 Inscription for a 2020 S60. My hopes were to get out of the current model I was in that I didn't like at all, for a new one, but for the same price. Tracy was amazing and helped me find an available model that would meet my needs. With assistance from Tony Tehrani, they found a loaner model that would meet my price range and the car is just amazing. Financing and paperwork done with Juilo at Culver City Volvo was quick ,easy, and very detailed. Lastly, I had Kylon give me a walk through of the car and showed me all the features. Honestly, an amazing car and amazing experience.
