Perhaps one of the best deliveries of a car I've ever had. The dealership itself is clean, pristine and the admin was so kind to offer me coffee or water while I waited for the product specialist. Chris was my product specialist and he spent a good 45 minutes walking me through the car, having me download the app, showing me how Google voice and Amazon music works. Nowadays with all of the technology in cars, its imperative the dealership does this with you. 110% loved this experience! And Chris really made it one of a kind.

TJ was our sales consultant and listened to my needs and my budget. He was so thorough giving information and patient with us but not pushy. Keith spent lots of time showing us all the different features, which were many on our xc60 Volvo. I really appreciated that because there were so many features that without this hands on tutorial many features would have been unused. My wife and I spent about two hours with Dennis Romero earlier this week test driving an XC 60 and reviewing options. Mr. Romero has a wonderfully soft and knowledgeable presentation style. We did not feel pressured at all, which had been a concern going in. Although, it was very close to closing, CJ made sure I was greeted properly and even took a few moments to open the vehicle. I came by the next day to meet with her. CJ was very professional and very patient as we looked at several other vehicles before I made my decision on the original truck. I had spent over 20 years in the car business myself and what I really enjoyed was the fact that CJ was never a pushy sales person, and never resorted to typical dealer clichés.
