Jacques Smith was the best. He was very personable and answered all of our questions. Their was not the presumed rush or sales pitch upon entering. To be honest it was a very enjoyable. Everyone at the dealership seemed like family, which made the experience all that much better.

Service review. Brought in my car for a 10,000 (free!) service. Debbie Stack is my service advisor and she is fantastic. She scheduled a quick appointment and when there was something on my bumper she took the initiative to run it by the detail department and they fixed it! No surcharges, friendly service staff, nice waiting area with snacks and coffee. Receptionist was lovely and patiently helped me with the very fancy coffee machine. Car was done in 1.5 hours. Thank you Debbie for the excellent service!

Derek Thomas has been service department point of contact since 2018 for my XC90 T6 R-Design. He always goes above and beyond for me whether its setting up a loaner car or ensuring my vehicle service is done as fast as possible. Eddy's was excellent. When dropping off for a 100,000 mile maintenance I was soon faced with not only replacing the timing belt but the pulleys. The resulting bill was going to be a factor in whether I drove the car for another couple years and sold t immediately. Eddy's helped me on fixing one cosmetic (split leather seat back) and removing and replacing hatch window tint. It was that extra service above and beyond simply the mechanical repairs that makes me a highly satisfied customer that'll keep driving my Volvo C30 for several more years.

I have bought two Volvos from Jim Fisher. They make it easy and fun to buy a new car. I have all of my servicing done on my car at Jim Fisher service department. The service department technicians are friendly and helpful. The maintenance on my both of my cars has been excellent. When it is time for me to buy a new car I will buy it at Jim Fisher Volvo.
