I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

Worth every penny! Purchased it a few months ago, and I absolutely love it, great gas mileage and very quick for its size, very underrated!!!

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000 car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not one to write reviews often, but I felt I needed to express my positive experience, especially with Joel. You can't go wrong contacting him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He's patient, has been working there for over a decade so he is beyond knowledgeable, and, most importantly, never once pressured me or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. The entire dealership operates like a well oiled machine with a team atmosphere and I believe that is evidenced by all these positive reviews. You guys have a lifelong customer... Thank you!.

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

This car has blown me away. It has all the bells and whistles I wanted and drive like butter! The color is perfect and the rims are bomb! The interior is clean, and very well taken care of.

Poised is the best word for it. Handles great in comparison to my older XC90 I had, has great power for an SUV. In comparison to things like the crosstrek with 180hp, the VW Atlas with 180hp, this little guy has over 270hp. Drives great, amazing safety features, I just really enjoy my car. Had it almost 3 months now and I still love really enjoy driving it everywhere.

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

T6 106k miles, replaced Brake pads, spark plugs, and one to engine mount. Everything works! Amazing auto pilot up to 80mph lifetime avg 21.3 MPG mixed driving, regular gas! Quiet, blast T6, super comfortable seats, active safety! I cant think of anything better. Stay away from T5

Inquired on a BMW they had advertised, was quickly contacted via text by Melissa where we spoke for a bit and she answered all my questions. I scheduled an appointment and delt with Luis the sales rep and T the finance manager who were really nice and knowledgable about the whole experience. This car exceeds all of our needs. Very comfortable and has a ton of room. Gets decent gas mileage. We love all the many safety features it has and all the extras it has to make driving easy.

This car is phenomenal the only complaint are the ongoing mains costs. I believe they could b reduced so more folks could take advantage of a great car.

Love the C40. Sporty car ride and acceleration. Refined interior and worthy infotainment. Styling is top notch and simply a great looking car. Charging will not be an issue once able to use Teslas Supercharger Network.

Dec. 13, 2018. Let's start at the beginning. I am a senior Citizen in Loma Linda by Redlands. About a month ago I went to a local Honda dealer ( no name here.) On the quotation the salesman added a $2,500 Maintenance agreement and $900.00 gap insurance without telling me about it, I walked out. On Dec. 12, 2018 I walked into the Hertz sales at 7750 Indiana Ave. In Riverside, Ca. I spoke to Mr. Chris Knighton and asked him if he had a Chevy Impala. He directed me to one on the lot which was a Gorgeous Metallic dark blue, exactly what my wife and I wanted. It was loaded with every electronic device know to mankind. The dash lit up like a Boeing 787 Dream liner. The price was five to seven thousand dollars less than any other dealers in the area. He did not load up the contract with extras. He EXPLAINED AND ASKED ME if I wanted any extra warranty and gap insurance. After I spent time looking at the Math. I agreed and added the extras. My credit score was 761 so they beat my military credit union's interest rate. Amazing. Mr. Rizwan Azam the financial man gave me an awesome deal and my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase. He was kind and gracious with me and answered any question I had in a professional manner. Honesty is expected. These men along with the man in the back room who drew up the contract were helpful, professional, friendly and took every opportunity to set me up with the car of are dreams. The Impala is the car that my wife and I wanted. Not a sports car as so many young people want, that jostle and bounce around and make every pebble on the road feel like a big rock. We wanted the smooth ride and we got it. I believe from my many years of teaching and simply living life that those complainers want everybody to baby them and provide snacks and a big fancy waiting room like a big car dealership. Remember folks, those big million dollar dealership buildings are paid for my you the buying public who will pay one hundred fifty dollars for an oil change and buy super retail. Hertz is selling you a car at a slim margin. Give them a break. They are a great outfit. Mr. Knighton and Mr. Azam and the contract's man in the rear made me feel like a family member. Mr. Knighton's personality was such that I truly call him my friend. These people were honest beyond reproach. I would highly recommend anybody to buy a car from them. Of course one has to check out ANY car before buying. They certainly did a great job on their inspection. Remember, people abuse rental cars. Try the T8/Recharge Model. My 22 has averaged 90 mpg over my first 3000 miles. Has plenty of oomph when needed too, would definitely recommend.

Good performance, smooth flowing lines and a comfortable yet great handling car. The T6 with AWD really brings this design to life. Would recommend looking at these before buying another marque.

Our sales rep Isaiah was awesome across the board. Very responsive, friendly and NOT pushy which can be make or break for me. My only complaint is the time it took to finally get to the Finance dept and complete the paperwork. We planned to buy the car that morning, arrived at 5:30pm and didn't get out of there until after 9. I would definitely buy a car from Hertz again though.
