After making an inquiry on a car online, I was setup with an appointment to meet with Jenny (sales) and we took a test drive. I've gone through the new car buying experience with salespeople a few times before but Jenny was different—she immediately gave me the impression someone genuinely kind, had patience as we reviewed the numbers, and she didn't apply the typical amount of pressure to buy now. Coming in I was pretty much set on buying this make/model and grew to know that she and Volvo Bellevue were the ones I wanted to buy through.

This is a beautiful car. Our car is the mid level. Not totally sure it is as luxurious as it's price point. Drives and feels very nice. Feels nimble and safe. Visibility all around is great. Safety features such as the pacing cruise control and lane management are excellent. The gage cluster is minimal with a lot of empty space where they should have put a real fuel gage, not the miniscule 4 dashes that go unlit as the fuel is used. The car has no written user manual. It relies on a very limited one on board which cannot be accessed when the car is moving. Hybrid system is not immediately understood how to make it perform well. Bu once you solve that puzzle it is really good. We found a complete 900 page one on line that goes into the detail we wanted. Also the on board one does not have an index so you get to hunt and guess to find what topic your question is under. This was a major frustration for us. The back seats are very firm, which was surprising at this price point. That is why I knocked the comfort level down. Front seats are wonderful. Lots of rear leg room though. There is a lot of room behind the second row seats when the 3rd row is down, and this suits our travel cargo needs very well. 360 camera is excellent. Fit and finish is superb. The turn signal stalk has too many functions such as head light control. A switch on the dash would be much better easily showing which mode the headlights are in. The various functions are not as intuitive to control or find. There is a learning curve, not a difficult curve, but just jumping into drive it might be the wrong approach. Perhaps it is standard Volvo like not standard BMW like as we were used to. Now that we know the car better we would buy it again.

Love the C40. Sporty car ride and acceleration. Refined interior and worthy infotainment. Styling is top notch and simply a great looking car. Charging will not be an issue once able to use Teslas Supercharger Network.

We had a very positive experience at this location. Because of current supply chain issues, they did not have the car we wanted on the lot. Nancy was great in helping us get one ordered. Once in Crystal was wonderful about going over all of the features of our new Outback. In financing, Tony was so friendly and got us through our paperwork quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership.

This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

Car is fantastic! Love the design, the view out the rear view mirror could be so much better but I’m ok with it since the rear view outside mirrors are fantastic! Such a fun car to drive!

My wife & I purchased a 2021 XC40 Inscription and a 2021 XC60 Inscription. We like these cars so much we have a sign in our garage that reads, "Volvo Parking Only". We've had a lot of excellent cars in our lives, but the Volvos to this point have been very impressive and the safety technology helped prevent us from being in accidents at least twice in less than a year. With all of the traffic today you can't get too much safety technology. We've had 1 car serviced and it took us less than 1 hour and the service director was efficient and personable. Sandberg Volvo Cars means to please and that is obvious.

I first contacted Sandberg Volvo on a Friday morning, but our search began many days before. My wife and I previously owned a XC60 and we were set on the new Recharge Extended Range. We searched all dealers in WA, ID and OR looking for the best package and price. These models are limited and we expected a different experience than when we bought our first Volvo when the market was “normal.” Friday morning I combed the 250 mile dealer radius (we live in Olympia) and found a model we had not seen at any other dealer; a Polestar Engineered. Assuming this was ordered, pre-sold, or not available, I inquired about it through their automated buying process. Just before the dealership opened I received an email from sales consultant Fouad Fares and within minutes we were texting and conversing on the phone. Fouad and manager Bill Tapscott tailored the deal, we drove up the next day and the entire process was simple, transparent and by far the best car buying experience. All the staff were friendly and DJ in finance was also a pleasant surprise. We never felt pressured, all of our questions were answered and we left feeling a little bewildered because it was not at all what we expected in the best way. The only downside to the whole process was the drive from Olympia to Lynnwood. It was worth it and the drive back was amazing in our new XC60 Polestar Engineered Extended Range! BEST CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Tyler Glaze,David, and DJ Gray, were a great team !! Walked in today and traded my Mercedes E 400 + some cash, for a XC 90 T6 AWD 6-S. Test drove some others, but this was the one for us. These guys LOVE doing business. Positive attitude, knowledgeable, patient and very pleasant. Great commuter car. Adaptive cruise control is better than most. Good mpg. Very attractive. Agile and good is small spaces ( city driving ). Base sound system should have more power.

After only a month, I am truly "in love" with my XC-40. I wanted to get one a few years ago. However, Covid-19 got in the way. When it was finally time to upgrade this year, I did it and have not regretted it. Great ride, all the safety features I wanted, excellent ride and handling , above EPA rated fuel economy, roomy seating. Plenty of room for my golf equipment.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.
