I have now driven the Volvo V60 CC for three weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very comfortable and has a number of safety features. The gas mileage is exactly as advertised, 25 mpg of mixed driving.

At a different Volvo dealership, my car was sitting waiting for service from the 13th. Prestige Volvo kept giving me extended wait times despite me calling to get a rough lead time before getting my car towed there. On the 29th I ran out of patience. Smythe and a few other Volvo dealerships have told me that they can see it on the same day or next if I get it towed there. I've had a good experience at Smythe with my old 99 S80, so I chose them. My car was seen the same day. The difference in service was night and day. I received a digital sign off on the work to be done, along with a video of things to look out for. I couldn't believe it. Meanwhile, I would probably still be waiting around for my car to be seen at the other dealership. I don't know what their issue was, and it no longer matters. I won't be back there ever. Drove the car during extreme west Michigan winters. I now drive the hills of West Virginia. She has 285,000 miles on her. One small rust spot on the driver door. Interior and engine are clean. I have the oil changed every 5,000- 7,000 miles, tires rotated, and am back to using premium gas. Parts can be expensive, but have been fortunate with mechanics that have been honest in telling me what needs to be done and what can wait to be done. So glad my youngest son chose to take the other car off to college.

Paul helped me and advised during my visit to the service department. He was very knowledgeable detail oriented and explained all very clearly. However I have a concern with the service department. When I tried to make an appointment the phones kept ringing but no one picked up. Tried to connect thru parts and sales department and it was again going to a voice mail. Left a message but did not hear back. I called again and got the parts department and the gentleman at parts instructed me to send a text. Then they responded. The management should look into a better way for customers to set up services ce appointment. Thank you.

Had an pleasant interaction with the sales staff. At first by email and phone. Then visited at due to random chance. The sales person i spoke to was really pleasant, not pushy. However the dealership, like many other, tacked on additional fees which should be part of the cost of business and not added to the customer as 'additional fees'. I didnt purchase because at the time i wasn't ready, so i didnt get to negotiate etc, however the added fees are discouraging.

V90 is a hard to find Volvo Model. I looked for 1 or 2 year old one for a long time. Beautiful looking car that I have gotten many complements on. New it was a little out of my price range but at 2 years old I paid Cash. the quality of fit and finish in and out is superior. very comfortable seats with lots of adjustments. Real good on long trips. Fuel Economy for a 4000 pound car is excellent. Do not regret buying this car.

As a long-time customer, I've seen this entity improve substantially under it's relatively new management. My most recent service visit (scheduled annual maintenance) was particularly gratifying. Antonio has handled me in the past, and he made me feel as if he knew me personally, even though it's been a year since we last interacted. He is thoroughly professional, and he is an excellent ambassador for a company that delivers on the promise of superb service, which one hopes for when paying for Volvo - I was well taken care of - and it's highly appreciated - especially during these stressful times. We're currently living upstate, but I preferred to take care of this in Manhattan, instead of establishing a new relationship with an upstate dealer, and I am glad I did so.

I have only had it a few weeks, but it fits my needs, runs good. I like the performance with the turbo, the styling and the fact that it was a one -owner 52K mile vehicle with good reviews from owners.

My compute was easily 20,000 miles a year. I purchased the car used, it’s a very comfortable vehicle. Great in the rain and snow. Around 150,00 miles the AWD malfunction light appeared on the dash, the car still ran well so at that point it’s a fancy V70. At 160,000 miles the on board computer had to be replaced, that was expensive. At 181,000 miles the check engine light appeared on the dash and that turned out to be a spark plug coil problem. The sunroof drain plugs need to cleaned at least once a year if not garaged. Heading for 200,000 miles, I going to drive it until it drops.

These wagons are extremely comfortable to drive and meet my needs as to cargo space, my family and my 4 footed pals. I have always enjoyed driving Volvo Wagons back to my first 240.

Purchased from them this past Friday right before the holiday a Jeep Grand Cherokee. They did take my trade so I am financing a small amount. Overall, I got a good deal from them.

I bought the car used from a non-Volvo dealer. I have not been driving much due to the pandemic, but a couple of computer glitches have arisen. I took the car into a Volvo dealer for service on the issue, thank goodness the car is still under warranty. The problem with the auto start-stop feature wasn't working, it was "fixed" but the problem has reoccurred intermittently. And now the side mirrors are not retracting upon shutdown... that isn't good.

I needed a new set of rims for my Polestar 2 so that I can have a winter wheel set and a summer wheel set. I worked with Dan Filipe and he was great. He was quick to respond to e-mail and texts, he got the parts in, and he promptly shipped them out. When he did ship them out, he sent an e-mail with the tracking number. The rims arrived in perfect shape. It may seem a simple thing for a manager to be responsive and proactive in communication, but I don't take it for granted. Dan set the bar for others.

Bought our first XC70, a 2006 AWD with 185,000 miles. Now with 265,000, only routine maintenance and rear axle control unit repair. Got our second XC70, a 2016 FWD with with 180,000. Now has 203,000, and we pull a 3300# camping trailer with it. Again only routine maintenance. Neither of these cars burns any synthetic engine oil between 5,000 mile changes. I also drain and refill the transmission sump at the same time. I fully expect these cars to last to 300,000 and beyond. These cars are a perfect combination of safety, comfort, durability, style and power. After going airborne and inverted at 55 in an 82 240 wagon--the victims of an idiot--we were delighted to have survived with only whiplash injuries. The roof stayed right there. Equally delighted and impressed that the president of Volvo called the house thanking me for my letter and photos of the aftermath. He explained why they use the steel they do in roof frames. We've driven only Volvos since 1984, and will never drive anything else. We have five in our family.

I am extremely happy with the maintenance service and the sales department especially Mr Stacy Hopson. I have bring leasing my cars ever since 2016 and I have been very satisfied satisfied with the entire dealership.

I like this car mostly, because it has beautiful in and outside. It runs very smooth and the engine has less noise than my others luxury car

Purchased a 60th Anniversary Saab 2007 Combiwagon station wagon. The car was in immaculate condition. Peter truly cares about each car he sells. A real old school craftsman. I highly recommend his dealership.

We bought our XC-60 new and it has been the best car I’ve ever had. It’s a sturdy vehicle with a nice stable ride. We have had no significant mechanical issues. It can haul quite a bit of stuff with the seats down. The height and weight of the car are perfect and create a great blend of performance and safety. Still feels the same as when new, which is amazing.

Started with my first XC70 in 1999 and bought 5 more XC70 models (all with the 5cyl engine), ending with the last three being 2016 models. 2016 being the best and the most trouble free model year yet! Love not crawling under the car anymore to do an oil change! Use a suction system used for boat motors and with the oil filter sitting in the engine compartment, it's a snap. 5K for oil changes and 20K for transmission fluid changes and it will last to 300K hopefully

I inherited this Volvo from my mother, the proverbial little old lady who only drove it around town. At 23 years old, it has 103,000 miles. Super reliable and solidly built. Unfortunately, it recently developed a glitch in the driver's door handle which prevents the interior light from turning off when the door is closed, so it ends up draining the battery. Electrical issues are expensive to repair, but in my opinion, this car is well worth the investment. I wouldn't get rid of it for anything!

I called on a Thursday and spoke to Jay. He was very friendly and upfront! As many car salesmans appear to be pushy on the phone to make a sale,Jay was not! I ABSOLUTELY enjoyed talking to him. He had a great deal of knowledge on the vehicle and by the end of the night I had made the decision to drive down 5.5 hrs to go pick up my vehicle. This is my tenth Volvo I love a wagon and volvo makes the best just wish I could still get a manual. That being said Volvo seating is the epitome of comfort. Around 300+ horsepower with a polestar update makes it plenty fun
