I called Evan Bolton from out of state for info on a car & he was very helpful & invited me to come test drive the vehicle. I drove down from Washington and fell in love with this gem of a car! After driving back home to ponder this purchase, I called back the next day to seal the deal. When we arrived to pick up the car, Evan had it waiting in front of this PRISTINE dealership, all detailed and ready to go! He took the time to show me every feature of my new sports car and asked if there was anything else I needed him to show me. He was thorough, patient and extremely professional in acquainting me with my new car. The sales manager, Michael, was very pleasant and helpful in making us feel comfortable and confident in his dealership as well as feeling welcomed.
The process of paperwork was honestly the smoothest and easiest I've ever encountered, thanks to the expertise and easy going & fun natured Steve Wintermantel. What a great guy! He's an expert at his job and going through this process felt as comfortable as having a drink with a good friend.

Very well designed and built. Exceptionally comfortable. considering that this is the top of the line model the only two complaints would be the less than ample leg room space in for the back seat passengers and the the lack of a power assisted lift gate. Tow features that have little impact on me personally but to impact my passengers.

This has a happy ending- Herzog-Meier renewed my faith in VW! I have been a returning customer of Volkswagen for the last 6 years. I love their innovative designs, and advanced engineering! My first leasing experience was out of state, and it was amazing. 3 years ago, I had to transfer my lease- and it didn't go very smoothly; so much so, that I didn't intend to purchase another VW. When the lease was coming to a close, fully intending to return my car and buy elsewhere, I met Nasar and Boris with Herzog-Meier... who were incredible, and were able to get me into my favorite car for under the payment that was comfortable for me. There were bumps along the way, but in the end, Herzog-Meier was able to both make me comfortable with Volkswagen, and their customer service again.

Wonderful car ( except retractable top)

I love this car but when I bought a pre-owned and certified Volvo I soon had trouble with the retractable top. Specifically, when I brought the top back up, it automatically brings the too back up, followed by the windows. One window didn’t fully go up all the way. I have since taken it to a volve dealer who supposedly had fixed it. Now I am having the same issue again less than a year later. I don’t drive this convertible very much, so it isn’t a matter of the top being ’worn-out’. At least that is how I saw it on only a 4 year car.

I put almost 160k miles on this Volvo V70 2.4, commuting daily, and taking on long trips. It was a super reliable car that never let me down. Main weaknesses were the engine (only 103kW), suspension (it's a heavy wagon that needs heavy-duty suspension parts), dual-mass flywheel, and a driver seat. Otherwise - do regular maintenance, and it will serve you years on. Highly recommended used car.

Orthopaedically dangerous headrests but beautiful!

Super attractive SUV !
BUT , the headrests jam one's neck so far forward, it caused us neck pain, and the dealer ignored us .
Any MD or Chiropractor would look at this seat profile and lament it .
XC90 performs so well ! It is so lush so plush so atractive. But the neck pain is a deal breaker .
Also just to change the station or adjust the fan/AC/heat is a 4 step process on a screen = major distracted driving !!
Love 90% of this vehicle ; but the above is a deal breaker . Hope it improves for future or will never buy one again.
