I’ve purchased three cars from this dealership, the team is great and transparent. No high pressure sales. In looking for an SUV they were the only lot that had a physical vehicle on site. Don’t waste your time going somewhere else.

I love driving this car! It is fast and efficient. I love the one-pedal braking and seldom have to use the brake pedal. It also has a hand brake on the left side of the steering wheel that is a great accessory. The car looks small, but there is ample room for 4 adults. The storage in the back is limited, but plenty of space for our needs. We can also put two suitcases in that space. If it is just the two of us, we can drop the back seat and create more than enough space for all the luggage we would need on a long trip. The torque is outstanding and is great to have entering a freeway or passing another vehicle. The visibility around and behind the car is the best I think I've ever had in a car. No maintenance other than tire rotations and we have solar panels at our house, so I haven't paid for gasoline (or electricity) in over 3 years. The only negative is long distance driving and that will soon be solved when the Tesla Supercharging Station adapters will be available for GM cars in 2024. Did I say this was a great car? We love it.

Platt Auto made the car buying process virtually stress free. Both Greg and Ray took the time to discuss the ins an outs of owning an electric vehicle without ever pushing us to buy one. When we did make the decision we didn't have to worry about add-ons or surprises. If you are in the market for electric this is the place to go. I'm already looking forward to purchasing our next car from Platt.

My wife picked up the top of the line version used a year after it was released for under 40K. We have a level 2 charging system in place at home as we anticipated getting one EV. We immediately did a road trip from Denver, Colorado to upper state New York. I knew enough about EVs to know we'd be taking our time and learning as we went. We had some close calls as new EV owners, but always made it to our next level 3 charging station. We made it through some flooding roads in Chicago and our return trip was even faster as we'd learned much from the drive out. I loved the car so much I found the exact make and model (different color) and bought it six months later for under 30K. I wouldn't recommend anyone else road trip unless you've got time to stop frequently, but I use this daily to and from work as well as local excursions. I've had many vehicles over the last 30+ years and this is the nicest, most intuitive & fast (never leaving Eco Mode). I think the reason many are currently hitting the market and substantially lower prices than that initial $48K is most likely a leasing situation, so take advantage of the prices dropping on these very rewarding EVs.

Best car shopping experience yet! These guys are honest and straight forward. They don't try to sell you a bunch of things you don't need and they are super knowledgeable about electric cars. My only gripe is that their phone system is terrible. I was never able to get through, but they did see that I called and returned the call. It is my understanding that they are testing out the phone system so hopefully they'll nix it nd get anew one! We'll def be back for our next electric car!

Performs flawlessly but charging technology is badly designed and takes too long. If Kia had their own chargers like Tesla, that would be better. But they don't.

Friendly and informative without the "what will it take" pressure that you get from most dealerships. I wanted to check out a Fiat 500e and decided that it was too small for our needs. My wife and I both loved the low pressure sales and went back and got a Honda e-golf instead.

Overall an amazing car. 36,000 miles in just over 1 1/2 years (about 2,000 miles per month). Handles wonderfully, zero repairs so far. Gets 3.5 miles/kW on average in the NYC area - worst in winter, best when using no heat or AC in stop and go driving, but 3.5 is the average. Points taken off for reflective surfaces in the cabin that can blind you when sunlight hits them at the "right" angle. Some stupid head-unit and HVAC quicks (which car doesn't have them?), including settings that -should- stick when re-starting, but do not, and poor control of instrument lighting, which is not consistent across the dashboard. Lots of cargo space with rear seats folded down, and ample legroom in front AND back for passengers. So, I do love the car and love driving it. Would easily consider another Kia EV in the future.

Lou did an amazing job in the leasing of our new vw atlas! It was the most pleasant experience we have ever had and they went above and beyond !

The car overall is in great shape besides a few things here and there but for the year it's to be expected and we got the vehicle at a great price we brought it home all the way to Rockford and had it inspected by our mechanic and he says that we made a great choice.

The Prius v hybrid is an excellent choice for me. I'm pretty tall so most cars or SUVs have limited head room for me. But the Prius v has excellent head room and easy to get in. It's comfortable to drive with plenty of room. The gas mileage is excellent. I expected the performance to be lacking but found it more than sufficient The cargo space is excellent with the seats folded down. And the back seat has great head and leg room due to it's sliding seats. I am extremely happy with the Toyota Prius. It's just a well made and reliable vehicle. I know it was hard to find Prius models to purchase and amazed their Prius models available with over.200k miles. Well done Toyota.

I bought this car new in 2014 and I loved it. I still love it. It's got 160k and my 16yo is now driving it and he loves it, everyone knows it's him. I got a new RAV4 2022. This scion xb has the same engine as my 2005 Camry. Love it.

The whole experience was so positive my wife also bought a new car there too. The Crosstrek was the most reliable car I ever had and it never failed to get me somewhere, even in deep snow and ice in very rural areas. In fact, I liked this one so much, I bought a newer model as my next car. The AWD, comfort, and ease of drive of this car is excellent,

I have bought about a dozen vehicles in my life. All from new car dealerships and I have never been treated with the professionalism and respect that I received from Brian and his team at Bickmore Auto Sales. I called a couple days ago to ask about the truck I wanted to buy and started working with Kent, who went over the Carfax with me then went out in the rain and cold to send me pictures of it. I got busy over the next couple days and didn't have a chance to make it in, and Kent was so polite and friendly in following up with me. When I finally made it in to look at the truck a couple days later, Kent was on vacation so Larry and Brian helped me with the purchase. I still love my priusv.Bought it new in oct.2012 went to Florida 6 winter with it I change oil every 6 month.very good on gas.In 10 yr. I put a set of wiper at one time. At my last inspection last October 2022 I had to have new brake in the back. That was it new tires of course.I can almost give it a 5 star but l will give it a 4.8 red & beige inside.

Of course I'm there to look att cars and when I find one I'll come to u. Which I did. I found 4 that I loved. They let me test drive each one. I ended up choosing the Chevy equinox. It was beautiful not a thing a long and very spotless. The lpaperwork took no time. A lot of places takes a good 8 hours not westlies. They were very nice. I told them the price I did not want to go over and I got it for less..I will tell everyone to go there to buy a car and they will not be disappointed..I got 4 free oil changes for free and check my engin̈e and tires. Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I bought my 1996 Toyota Corolla DX in May, 1997 from the Toyota dealer in Boulder, CO. It had 1,300 miles on it. When I purchased it, I had the center console and front bug installed. I paid $15,000 cash. Today this wonderful, reliable car has logged 300,800 miles, going strong, never a mechanical problem- ever. I just drove it on a 700-mile road trip. I am the original and only owner. In the 26 years since buying this car, I have also owned a Dodge Ram van and Subaru Outback. They are fine for the long haul but no way do they match little "Red Snapper" for running short hauls around town. I love this car!

Owned from new to 66,000 miles and never had a problem whatsoever. Saved us over $5000 vs a typical gasoline car, plus all the maintenance that goes along with one. Quick, fits just about anywhere, and the cheapest EV one can buy with respectable range. Have owned 63 cars, and this one was the most reliable and cheapest to keep.
