I Purchased a 2015 Tacoma TRD PRO on line. I'm 3 1/2 hours away so everything was phone and email. Couldn't have been an easier process. I was sent a video walk around of the truck and the manager pointed out every little rock chip or imperfection. From Wes the Manager to Brian in Finance to Ryan in Sales...Top Notch! I'm like a lot of people that don't like dealing with a car dealer...I've had bad experiences in the past. This was the smoothest, easiest transaction I've ever had at a dealership. The truck was priced fairly and when the shipper delivered it, the condition was exactly as I was told, No Surprises! I would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat. I just bought a 2016 Volvo S60 from Zimmerman’s and I have to say Ahmed made the entire experience so pleasant and easy to understand. Right from the start , I could tell he is very honest & genuine. He was able to expedite my financing process which I had been trying for a week to finalize it and he got it done in a matter of hours! This is one of the best vehicles I’ve owned. As a big fan of wagons, there are very few options in America, and this is certainly the best value out there. There were only two trim levels available, which means the base S model is really well equipped (heated seats, CarPlay, etc.). It’s a shame VW discontinued this model!

Great car drive and also great to haul just about anything Small to mid sized since the back seats fold all the way down. And it gets good Gas MPG as well.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I am 73.. " GO Granny GO. That is how I feel while driving my KIA.." Only wish it was a Brand New one Black , beigh interia..

Had this car for 10 years not a problem (touch wood ) 😊 CVT all good until now . Really recommend this car for a daily drive. Exterior is way nicer then the 2.0 personal preference

Overall loved this car- owned a 2016 from fall 2018 until winter 2023. Handled great in all weather (including upstate NY winters with lake effect snow), had decent cargo space, towed my tiny camper (1100lb loaded) with no issues. Wish it had the higher (3500lb) tow capacity that the older wagons had- I ended up trading it in for a midsize truck because I'm getting a larger camper. My one MAJOR issue with the vehicle was that there was a design flaw in the piston rings that caused excessive oil consumption. Not all engines with the rings have issues, and Volvo found and corrected the issue in mid 2016 in the factory, but mine was from before then and at it's worst in fall '22 (@~83K miles) I was going through a quart of oil in 500 miles. Thankfully, Volvo covered the repair (I squeaked it in at the last minute of my CPO warranty, but Volvo customer service said that they typically cover it even without warranty), but if they hadn't it I would have ended up looking for a truck several months earlier because the repair would have been several thousand dollars... Overall, as much as I like my new truck, I miss this car.

I purchased a 2009 Ford Focus SE with only 40,895 miles and no service problems plus the Carfax report was with it, April 1st. The car was well cared for. Tom Freeman was my sales rep. My credit wasn't up there so I couldn't get a loan but Tom was patient with me and gave me 2 weeks with my down payment to find other means. Which it only took me a week I love my car. Nice styling inside and out but the rear seat legroom is not made for a 6’1 person. Quiet and solid ride. Comfortable front seats. Roomy cargo area. Intuitive controls. Great handling and good acceleration. Just got the car so will have to report back on winter driving characteristics

Love this car! We were sizing down after three JEEP grand Cherokees and a Buick Enclave. We finally went with something more like a car. I am always attracted to more interesting and unusual (wouldn’t know it by my last four cars!) and when I first saw one of these I was so intrigued I had to research it. Then search the country for the color and options I wanted. They are a bit rare! But they drive like a dream. And always garner interest among other drivers. It is quick, has been extremely reliable and carefree. And the sure-footedness of all wheel drive has been great in the rain and snow of the Pacific Northwest. Plus I’m getting over 30mph flying across the west on regular unleaded! And it is cavernous, both in overall capacity, but even for my 6+ footer boys in the back seat. I haven’t been as happy driving a car since the sport cars of my youth! Only giving it four stars in comfort because the drivers seat is a little too narrow for long hauls for my larger frame. But the fun makes up for it!

Came in on a Saturday at 1:00pm asked if I purchased the vehicle that day would it be ready for me to take it home. I was surprised when the salesman said yes. Sure enough I was driving home in a new truck that day! Had a great experience at bob Ruth!!!

Own a 2012 tsx SE. The car is great,but have issues upon start up with a loud rattle lasting for about 2 seconds or so,oil starving the engines VTC (valve timing control). This could be an expensive fix without a warranty, for the cam would have to be changed, and I'm sure any good mechanic would just tell you to replace the timing chain as well, the chain guides, and hydraulic tensioner. I must as I've read on this issue its every model from 2004-2014. The main reason I've seen on this issues is lack of proper oil level kept or lack of oil changes. Over all so far a solid car.

This car is fully loaded and had low mileage very comfortable ride beautiful interior everything you need in a daily driver it’s not a speedster but it will get you to where you going comfortably and in style I highly recommend this car.

Bought it used. Great car, reliable. Really fuel efficient and has good traction. I wish it had an additional 6inches of ground clearance and a 2.2liter engine.

I have owned my impreza since 2009, second owner. This car has been very reliable and is the perfect size (small, yet you can fit a lot in the back with the seats folded down, or a bunch of people with enough room for cargo with the seats up). Also can count on in all weather. Would recommend to anyone.

Adam was extremely helpful when I went to test drive the 2013 Rav 4 Later that day I had gotten the funds together and made the first down payment on the car I am quite pleased the current quality of the car and I look forward to fully owning it once it's paid off. The next time I visit whenever that will be I'll personally thank them without them I think my old 2001 would have fallen apart on me on the road eventually. To be honest, my old 2001 didn't feel as rough as they said, I thought that was just how it normally ran aside from the backfire and slight hesitation, the Ravs when they get old can be a little quirky so I was expecting that, to me that was a normal. But I am happy with the new-ISH Rav nowand my life is made So much easier. Honestly: It runs really well, No major damage at all, you could have sold me on that car simply on saying "Hey the inner lights are Azure Blue." THAT was some immediate brownie points to getting the car after I figured that out. Love it.

This car has been the most reliable, toughest car I've ever owned. It has never let me down. Maintenance is very affordable. Plenty of power for all your lane passing needs and plenty of stopping power even in the most slippery conditions. The AWD system is perfect for washington winters! All electronics still work! I've only had to replace bulbs. Anybody who drives this car will totally love it.
