The Fusion Hybrids between 13 and 14 have a known
The Fusion Hybrids between 13 and 14 have a known Transmission issue that had a service bulletin out for like four months when the cars were essentially new. Ford clearly didn’t want to have to stand behind the issue long term as cars.com article about it was actually written two months after they closed the Bulletin quietly. Mine failed well before Ford even says to have standard maintenance completed. At $8k ish to get replaced it is totally not worth it. Just avoid all Fords at all cost. Long time loyal customer, only purchased Ford products but with the poor quality and customer care of their products just look elsewhere. They are not producing cars like they did in the early 2000s. Even people at their dealerships are telling their family and friends to avoid all Fords except the ones produced in the Edge factory. - Purchased a Used car

Excellent vehicle
This car along with all 4 Ford Fusions I’ve owned have been undeniably the most reliable vehicles that I’ve ever owned. I have driven each one between 64,000 miles up to 250,000 and have never had to take them in for anything other than normal wear and tear. - Purchased a Used car

NICE LOOKING INSIDE AND OUT
not much to complain about the hybrid after owning a full size car just some adjusting to it . Mine is a 2014 bought new basic model gas mileage has not diminish but maybe 1 to 2 MPG highway 35+ in town depends on how you drive. the only major thing is basic sync is crap any loose connection will fry the screen and you are out $400 every 2 years unless you upgrade yourself which is possible, but not cheap. I installed sync 3 with no problem, ford parts, from a reliable company online. - Purchased a New car

The vehicle drives like it has no shocks! Extremely rough and hurts your back. Put in new shocks and still rides extremely hard! Other than the shocks the car runs well. - Purchased a New car

One of my Favorite Ford's You would need to drive
You would need to Own and drive one for awhile to Appreciate it. I drive it to the West Coast yearly and it's a Great Road Car. To Drive It is to Enjoy It . - Purchased a New car

Car has some expensive problems
I like the car as far as comfort, style and gas mileage (it's a hybrid so there are not too many affordable choices), but I've already had to replace the transmission and rear braking system, which left me and the family stranded (the brakes locked completely with the slightest touch of the brake pedal). Luckily the car was still under warranty, but we are talking problems at 35K miles and 50K. I'm not confident of its future. I was also disappointed and misinformed about the electrical plug in the back. I was told it could handle a computer - it doesn't. Took it to the shop 3 times to replace the fuse and I finally demanded a resolution and the mechanic looks up the specs and it doesn't handle the voltage of a computer - what? A standard plug kind of implies you can plug in electronics. I have to say if I had all the money in the world I would buy something else, but I'm sort of stuck. It is a pretty car and I like the size. Final negative things. I wish the front passenger seat could raise up like the driver's seat. If you are short you can't see over the dash. To update the Navigation it's $149 and the map was out of date when I bought the car new in 2015. Several streets and towns that have been around 100 years are not registered. Still using my phone for GPS sadly. I do like the bluebooth sound system that allows me to stream music from my phone, but speakers produce rather average sound quality. I wish there were more USB ports in the front for phone/ipad charging. - Purchased a New car
