Restored in 2017 after being stored for three decades. Fuel injected 289 V8 with a Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection system, replacement fuel tank, pump and lines were also installed. 4 wheel disc brakes. The car is also equipped with a C4 three-speed automatic transmission, 3.55 limited-slip differential, air conditioning, aftermarket stereo and aluminum radiator.

Sweet '66 mustang convertible 289

This has been a really fun car. Great to put the top down and drive to the beach. A little leakage from the tranny and other spots, but its old, so I'm ok with that. Easy to work on. A real head turner. And its only the base model.
