I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois
I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash. - Purchased a Used car

Incredible car, especially for the price
For the most part, we love this car. We do have some small issues. But we will focus first on the positives. The car itself has very comfortable seats, plenty of time inside, lots of safety features, looks really good inside and out and the extra large sunroof that goes almost front to back of the car is incredible. The power lift gate at the back, is a great feature! The backup camera is large and clear! The warnings whole backing up, are fantastic! It drives like a car, not like a tank! Overall, it's a fantastic car! The disadvantages are that there is a shimmy/shake in the car as it is pulling a hill. When you are gaining on the car in front of you a little quicker than the car in front of you is moving, the collision warning lights lighting up and the alarms sounding, is terrifying and not cool. Not being able to turn off some of the warnings that pop up every time you crank the car without hitting the dismiss button are irritating. But for the most part we would buy another one in a heartbeat and love our car! - Purchased a Used car

Very comfortable and easy to drive. A lot of safety features and helpful technology built in. Love the style and body shape of this SUV. Plenty of room for passengers and cargo. No mechanical problems at all .Would buy this vehicle again - Purchased a Used car

I hate the shape of the exterior. too much tent in
Gas mileage fair. seats and floor mats dash is easy to understand.I hate how light it bounces on the road no vision in rearview mirror.afraid to use backup screen only. - Purchased a Used car

Great SUV with super tech components and seating! Smooth ride, great pick-up, and a/c are perfect throughout the car! Our first Equinox was Champagne color. Now we have Pearl Black! So sleeeek! - Purchased a New car

Our 4th Equinox
This vehicle has some safety and comfort features that we haven't had before. At first it seemed like chimes were "always" going off. With some help from Hawkins Chevrolet staff, our salesperson Troy Sunken and another staff person Nick, I have learned to manage the chimes. The mpg is better than any other Equinox we've had. Overall, it is a great vehicle. Our grandchildren said of the back seat, "It is more comfortable than the previous one." So far we are very happy with our purchase. - Purchased a New car
