An unfinished product with unreliable braking
I have panel gaps in my front bumper.i get only 270 miles of real world range. I was sold a car 22 inch wheels and was told it doesn’t impact range. I bought this vehicle for its range of 360 miles in the real world. The car randomly unlocks. The flush door handles are finicky and don’t work as expected. The wireless charging pad is in awkward place. Plug and charge doesn’t work. The car is in beta and not a finished product. Their service dealers are awful. The customer support is useless . The braking system is stress inducing and is not reliable

2022 EQS 450+ - Luxury gone bad
I was excited to purchase a Luxury Electric car, i also have a Tesla, but as you know, Tesla's are short of any luxuries, however, I wish I had purchased another Tesla or at least not an MB EQS. From day one I noticed the GPS system was not working properly, it indicated I was on a certain street when in reality I was in another one. It took them 6 weeks to get it fixed, so imagine, I had my car for just one week and then 6 weeks in the shop. Another issue has been the sunroof, it rattles, I have taken the car two times already to get this fixed, and all they do is adjust the seals, which will end up "unadjusting" again and I am sure I will have to take the car in again for this same reason, it is just a matter of time. Every time I take it in is at least 2 to 4 days in the shop. Now, my car only has 5,600 miles on it, and they are already recommending I change the tires because they are worn out...what??? Changing tires after 5,600 miles?? Ridiculous! They claim that it is because electric cars are too heavy and tires wear faster, that might be true, but I just changed tires on my Tesla after 30,000+ miles! Now with this cold weather hitting us I had not driven my EQS, but I decided to drive it to find out the heating system does not work, my cabin was a freezer, I had a terrible drive to work, now it is in the shop again and I do not know for how long. I don't think anyone would expect all of these issues on a brand-new sedan that is more than $100K and it is supposed to be made by a renowned manufacturer, well, if you think this way as I did, you are wrong. All of these issues come with the frustration of taking the car to the dealership every time, having to contact the service advisors to see what is going on (because they never call you to let you know). I can’t wait for the time to go by and get rid of this car. The worst money I have ever spent on a car for sure.

Beautiful with a typical Mercedes quality
Absolutely love the exterior styling of the sedan. There have been no problems and it’s only been to the dealer twice for software recalls. Biggest problem is rear visibility. Never back up unless you have a big area and nothing to hit. However, it will warn you before you hit something. This is a problem at charging stations.
