Can’t get much better than this
This is probably going to be the best car I ever own! Highly reliable, easy to drive and fun to go off roading in. This is the Lexus version of the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and that should be enough information right there. If you get one of these beast, hold on to it! - Purchased a Used car

The GX460 is like driving a tank.
My husband purchased the GX460 for family outings. I don’t like driving it at all. It’s like driving a tank and I find it slow and very sluggish out on the highway. The interior is comfortable, luxurious and has many nice features, but that doesn’t make up for the slow response time when you step on the gas. It takes only high test fuel and is a monster gas guzzler. Another bad feature is the enormous and clumsy back side opening door. For the price, it should have an automatic opening and closing hatchback. I don’t think we will keep it much longer as it costs so much to fill it up. My car is a loaded Prius plug in hybrid and I absolutely love it. We’re thinking about trading it for either another Prius or maybe a Tesla. - Purchased a New car

I lovingly call the GX460 "THE BUS"
The GX 460 is just that, a family car. The level of comfort is excellent, its manly futures are not those of a mini-van or station wagon, but a commuting vehicle the husband or wife look forward driving anywhere; its off-road capabilities are outstanding. With it's 4X4 capabilities can carry passengers to back road, picknick, and camping sights excellently. The 4.6Ltr wasn't meant to sink passengers into its sitting. But to get driver and crew to their destination with trailer if needed, in style, confront, and most important Safely. Remember it is a Toyota. - Purchased a New car

So Far It's Amazing
Very luxurious, very easy to drive and use, insane off-road performance. This thing has it all. Every bell and whistle. Air conditioned seats. DVDs in the headrests. Auto fold seats. Surround sound. Just completely loaded and the smoothest SUV I've ever driven. - Purchased a Used car

Luxury, looks, power & reliability
I love this vehicle. I live in Alaska so having a safe, reliable vehicle that has enough power to get you out of an unexpected off-road experience or to avoid an icy turn of events is critical. It has excellent traction control, it's powerful enough to respond quickly even at high speeds, it seats my whole family and our dog comfortably, and it looks pretty sexy too! - Purchased a Used car

Love this Luxury SUV
I always do a lot of research before I purchase a vehicle and was ready to switch from a Honda Odyssey to an SUV because my kids were getting older and there was no need for a van anymore. I?ve owned a Lexus GX460 for about a year now and I love everything about it. It?s just the right size for my family of 6. It?s not too big, not hard to park like big SUV?s and always drives exceptionally in rain, snow, sand, around town and on the freeway. Super luxury, performance and reliability!
We bought out 13' Lexus GX 460 Certified with about 35k miles on it and couldn't be happier with our decision to buy. We debated over a new 16' Toyota 4Runner Limited and decided we'd rather the Lexus since it had additional features the Toyota lacked and was actually a grand cheaper. The Lexus Certified program is top notch and we'd not paid for one repair bill yet, and won't for about another 6-month! One thing I would like to mention is this vehicle IS capable of decent fuel mileage, especially considering it's huge. On a road trip we can easily get 22+ MPG, city is usually around 17, not bad! Also, despite the low horse power, it's got surprising get-up if you need to move quickly. For us, the GX is a A+ full-size luxury vehicle that you'd LOVE! - Purchased a Used car
