Recent restorative work one of the best VIN SALLDVAF8KA925426 The truck on offer here is an exceptionally well maintained matching numbers example of an imported Land Rover Defender 90 with a 200tdi diesel engine. Imported from Belgium in 2019 the car is fully and legal offered on a clean CONNECTICUT registration. Originally owned from new by a Belgium Land Rover dealer this Defender spent its entire life in the town of Mol before its importation to New Jersey 3 years ago and then sold to a gentleman from CT. With only 84600 miles (141800 kilometers) on the clock and service records from new the truck is an exceptional example with its original 200tdi engine and drivetrain. A recent full repaint is excellent and the quality of the Coniston green exterior cannot be overstated it looks amazing with great shine and luster. The body is in wonderful condition including the doors hinges and rubber trim. The contrasting white roof and the correct NAS (North American Series) wheels along with NAS light guards front and rear give this Defender the classic look prized by any Landie enthusiast. Other touches include the original adjustable trailer hitch (with seven pin connector) matching spare tire and bumperettes. The frame often a weak point in these trucks is excellent. The frame is original and was coated with Waxoil rustproofing. All undersides paint looks to be factory original and the suspension is in great condition. Inside the trucks gray vinyl front seats are in fine shape the two folding rear bench seats. A useful center console period radio clock and simple dash all present in the cabin while a Land Rover rear mat protects the rear load floor. Complete with its original tool roll jack and manuals this truck has everything it came with from new.We have sold many of these trucks and this is one of the finest we have seen. It is up to date on all service and all system work as they should. The 200tdi Diesel engine is robust and dependable while fast and powerful enough to handle all modern traffic and American highways. It starts easily and has good power and torque the five speed manual transmission and solid clutch work as designed. Great brakes and a well-sorted suspension further enhance the drive while the newer tires have plenty of life. All systems work as they should.
