Our Camaros drivetrain features a #3999290 1972 402-cubic-inch big-block Chevrolet engine, finished in factory Chevrolet Racing Orange paint. Its equipped with performance and appearance upgrades, including an aluminum manifold, a performance carburetor, cast-iron factory exhaust headers, and a turbo-style dual exhaust. Chrome valve covers and a chrome open-air cleaner assemblycomplete with a red Chevrolet 350 Turbo-Jet 396-350 HP decaladd to the look. The setup is enhanced by power steering and front power disc brakes.
The engine resides in a period-correct compartment with factory hoses, red spark plug wires, plumbing, and accessories. Power flows through a factory Chevy 4-speed transmission to the 12-bolt rear end.
Interior
The correct #711-code black twin-bucket-seat interior looks as fresh as it did leaving the factory. The black dash is in excellent condition, complemented by a chrome 4-speed shifter with a white shift ball on the floor.
