This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me. - Does recommend this car

Headlights and info screen problems
My car has been great until the info screen went out and the headlight problem on low beams. I can’t drive it at night. To fix these 2 items were going to cost over $4,000!!! Headlights should be a recall but is not. Involved in court I understand. - Purchased a New car

RUN AWAY FROM THIS CAR
Nothing but problems from the day the car was driven off the lot. loose toe link; failure of daytime running lights; low beam lights dim and car unrivaled at night; replaced twice the touchscreen system; Strut failure for rear hatch; Luggage rack paint bubbled and cracked; catalytic converter failure - thx God for federal law. WILL NEVER BUY A GM OR CADILKAC BRAND VEHICLE AGAIN. MATTER OF FACT, WITH SO MANY ISSURS, I AM GOING BACK TO FOREIGN MAKER. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY AMERICAN MADE CAUSE THEY SUCK. - Purchased a Used car

I liked this car so well that I owned two of them! These cars are road warriors! They are comfortable, roomy and have great styling. The only reason for trading was the mileage was up there and with any high mileage car, there will be problems! I was lucky ! Everybody should own a Cadillac! - Purchased a New car

Very reliable
I logged approximately 60,000 trouble free miles on this car. The car rides very smoothly and is a pleasure to drive. My only complaint is the infotainment system. Pretty clumsy to use when driving as screens change before you have a chance to make a selection. To distracting. Other than that the car has been trouble free and I would recommend them. - Purchased a Used car
