Worst car I’ve ever owned
Car was delivered defective. Dealership and corporate refused to make it right. I was treated rudely and disrespectfully. My last car was an Acura MDX. My next one probably will be one too. More comfortable, better service, quieter cabin. - Purchased a New car

5th XC90 - Last two have been Lemons!
Junk! Loyal Volvo customer since 2006 (all XC90’s)! I’ve owned 5 XC90’s. Last two new models I’ve purchased have been Lemons. Trusted I was unlucky... and tried one more time. In the shop all the time. Can’t figure out the fix... now in the shop for a month. Customer service is do nothing... Chinese controlled company that does not care... - Purchased a New car

I will make it very short. The car is great, the features are fantastic The price is decent for what you get. The service is horrible and I’ve tried 3 different dealerships. For some reasons when something breaks down. It’s impossible to fix from 1 attempt. It has to be at least 3 attempts to fix anything. And they make you feel like you’re begging them to fix it or asking for charity - Purchased a New car

Do not buy R-Design if you have a car seat.
Drove a XC90 R-Design and liked this vehicle a lot. Seemed to have a great amount of rear legroom. Then we tried putting an infant car seat in the back. You have to push the front seat up so far that someone can't sit with their legs straight. Tried with a rear-facing toddler seat and the same issue. I cannot believe a car this big has this issue. So if you're looking for SUVs like this and you have a kid in a car seat, you may want to look elsewhere. We couldn't buy it due to this limitation. - Purchased a Used car

Super comfortable
Have not owned the car long but so far am happy with it overall. I’m not thrilled with the console design - awkward compartments and frustrated with the blue tooth - sometimes it connects sometimes not. Car rides nicely and is comfortable and love all of the safety features. - Purchased a New car
