This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service. - Purchased a Used car

A treat to own and drive
So reliable and fun to drive, even in snow. I’m tall and seats are comfy, even in rear. Very versatile with good cargo space. Love the kick-to-open rear door. Mileage is around 28 mpg, it requires premium fuel. It drives a little sluggish when not in Sport mode. - Purchased a New car

Im glad BMW came out with x1, sometimes customers want to drive a nice looking car and settle for models that end up having major issues and the 100k “warranty” promised it’s just a selling features that never works Becuase every time you take your car “nothing it’s wrong” The BMW has been a great addition to the family; drives great and feels very solid. Beautiful interior super comfortable

Fun little SUV
I love the pep this car has. It’s a perfect size for me and is definitely going to get me my first speeding ticket. I really like how open the dash feels for a smaller SUV. I feel like I have much better visibility while driving it. It’s a perfect combination of fun and luxury, without being over the top. My only complaint is that is makes my husband’s car look so cheap next to it. Guess we’ll have to get another one!?! - Purchased a Used car

This BMW "is" overall a gem and worth the money.
This BMW X1 2017 has been a reliable, beautiful indeed however, the road noise (tires) is unbelievable. Speaking big picture ( overall ) I'll give this X1 / 2017 an 8 - on the 10 scale. Arguably, one of the best I've owned in 30 years. The road noise is definitely an issue. - Purchased a New car
