My first Toyota and thoroughly disappointed.
My first Toyota and thoroughly disappointed. V6 engine feels like a sluggish 4 cylinder once its been runniing for a bit, guess too much loss to the AWD system. Interior parts extremely cheap, inner door foam ripped off due to snow on the rear doors. Rear door curtains jammed quick, laggy infotainment system. Premium speakers were... horrific compared to some other systems Ive had. Some songs I couldnt play on them. Almost 60k for this? First and last Toyota - I dont get the hype at all and the resale value was laughable. - Does not recommend this car

Exceptional JRCastillo
JR Castillo - Toyota North Austin got in the perfect vehicle. It fits my whole family. It has space for my soccer mom items. The quality and care provided to me by JR was exceptional! The whole experience was like a ride on the park, easy with JR. - Purchased a Used car

The front pumper and skid plate became loose which
I thought Toyota Highlander is one of the best cars on the market after I bought one cost me over $50,000 the recall on it and the performance is terrible and the recall on it the dealer does not know what to do and it’s been three months and they have not even contact me to fix the recall, putting myself and my family in danger because the dealer the Toyota dealer does not know how to fix a recall. I advise everyone to be careful buying TOYOTA. - Purchased a Used car

Toyota Highlander 2022
I have a problem with my Toyota Highlander 2022 that when I turn on the A/C with the windows closed, all the bad smell from outside on the street that is in the area enters inside, and I have the A/C window closed on the console so it does not suppose to enter the outside air to inside the vehicle. my mechanic told me on other vehicles has that problem with the recirculation actuator, but I took 3 times to the dealer and they said everything it’s ok 🤦♂️ - Purchased a New car

Too new for these issues. Please help me.
I am a 75 year old person and I bought it because I thought it would be safe. After 1 year it starting to have issues. It is poorly made on the inside and now the AC hose has come off and you have to take the entire console off to get to it instead of a little side panel. Very inconvenient. The floors on the right side are soaked and it is too cold to dry,. I do not have a garage so have to purchase a small fan so no mold starts to grow. I Hope. I paid all my savings for that car and I did not even get a cd player in it and no one told me when I purchased it. I cannot afford to pay for play service. Toyota has only one place they repair cars in Anchorage and are booked solid and do not have loaners or rentals any more. Very inconvenient. I cannot afford to pay for a rent a car or taxi. It is getting cold out and I need to take my child to school and to home. I really need someone to help me. Online I see that very many people have this same issue so why is there not an easy fix or a recall? Please help. - Purchased a New car

Braking function of 2022 Toyota Highlander XLE
The 2022 Highlander is only 6 months old with 3700 miles. I ave experienced a lunging of vehicle forward and back when stopping. Also, there is a slight hesitation from brake to acceleration. Vehicle was brought into dealership and driven by a service manage. He could not feel the hesitation, but he did experience the lunging forward and back when braking and said it was the normal function of the vehicle. He gave the vehicle a health check and found nothing wrong. I am not satisfied either the function of this vehicle. Disappointed!!! - Purchased a New car

You can"t go wrong with Toyota!
We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers. - Purchased a New car

Bass I dont want - 2022 platinum hybrid road noise
I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢 - Purchased a New car

Decent
Seats are kind of hard. The charging mat inside the console sucks because it never stays connected to charge anything for more than like 4 minutes (if that long). I have had my Highlander for a year and it is back at the dealership due to an "airbag system malfunction" already. The seatbelt alarm glitches. - Purchased a New car

Puckered Seats - No Dealer Support
The only reason I give the Highlander any mark over 1 is because it seems to be solid and has a smooth ride. The downside is the second row leather seats have puckers in the leather, the dash cam does not work with Toyota's app, the financing was deceitful, and any support from the dealer, Cumberland Toyota, is non-existent. The dealer says the puckered seats are "within tolerance". I did not know there is a tolerance for puckered seats. In my opinion, a flawed product is a flawed product. The dealership and Toyota need to take responsibility and resolve the situation. The dealership has no idea how to correct the dash cam issue and is not even trying. Once I drove the Highlander off the lot, they've not contacted to resolve this issue. They should research it with Toyota and get it resolved but I little faith that they will. I could go on about other minor misunderstandings but I think you get the picture at this point. - Purchased a New car

Love it so far
I bought my 2022 Highlander SE in November 2021 when selections were limited. It was not my first pick after researching and not my preferred color. I financed outside of Toyota and received a much better interest rate and my credit union said I was paying more than a reasonable price. But I was desperate and needed to new vehicle. I will see if the resale value keeps up with current value. So far it has performed well with a slight exception for the all wheel disk brakes. Sometimes I hear noises from the rear when backing out of my driveway when applying brake pressure. Also braking while driving seems a little soft and squirrelly. Just doesn’t feel quite right. The technology options are too numerous to mention and still learning but love the blind spot notification features. Fuel mileage is good compared to my V8 but performance is lacking even with sport drive feature selected. And in reference to one of the other reviews, the console storage is deep but too narrow. Overall I am enjoying my Highlander very much. I haven’t made a road trip in it yet so we will see. I can say it is a great family vehicle for short trips around town where a lot of start stops occur. - Purchased a New car
