The Toyota Corolla received a midcycle refresh for the 2011 model year, and Cars.com editor Kelsey Mays got up close and personal with the new model at the Los Angeles Auto Show. Toyota made some noticeable exterior changes, but not much has changed inside, where we have cited many problems before. Overall, the alterations are a mild improvement, but is that enough for the Corolla, which faces serious competition from Chevrolet, Ford and Hyundai?
