BMW’s 2018 M5 super sedan is outrageous in many ways, from its $103,000-plus price tag and eye-catching Marina Bay Blue metallic paint to its 600-horsepower, twin-turbo 4.4-liter V-8 engine and customizable drive modes.
BMW says the M5 rockets from zero-to-60 mph in 3.2 seconds, making it the quickest M5 to date, and has a top speed of 155 mph. Another first: The M5 is all-wheel drive, and BMW says the new M-spec system features a driver-selectable mode that only sends power to the rear should you want traditional rear-drive handling.
