This engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and is available with front- or all-wheel drive. Fuel efficiency with FWD is EPA-rated at 22/30/25 mpg city/highway/combined, while AWD variants deliver 21/28/24 mpg.
The Grand Touring trim features a plug-in hybrid powertrain, which pairs a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with an electric motor for a combined 266 hp; it has standard AWD and a continuously variable automatic transmission. This setup offers 27 miles of electric-only range, an EPA-estimated 76 mpg-equivalent combined and 33 mpg combined when operating solely on gasoline.
Trim Levels
The base Premiere trim rides on 18-inch alloy wheels and includes synthetic leather upholstery, a 13.2-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, nine-speaker audio system and 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster display. It also comes with driver-assistance features like forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control and lane departure steering assist. The Lincoln Connect and the Lincoln Way App are also standard, enabling remote control of certain vehicle functions.
The Reserve trim adds genuine leather seating, larger 19-inch alloy wheels and ambient interior lighting. It retains the same 13.2-inch touchscreen and nine-speaker audio system as the Premiere but offers an optional 14-speaker Revel audio system. Other additions include a hands-free power liftgate and wireless device charging.
The PHEV Grand Touring trim features like a panoramic roof and an adaptive suspension. It includes additional drive modes tailored for electric-only operation. The Grand Touring also adds advanced driver-assistance features, including adaptive cruise control with lane-centering steering, reverse automatic braking, evasive steering assist and a 360-degree camera system. These features make it the most comprehensively equipped trim in the Corsair lineup.
