BMW Looks (Way) Ahead to L.A. for 2 Series Gran Coupe Entrée
After a grueling winter full of bomb cyclones and polar vortexes, BMW is already skipping spring and summer, and looking ahead to November — but for good reason. The automaker today announced plans for the debut of the 2 Series Gran Coupe.

Despite its name, the new Gran Coupe will feature four doors — similar to other Gran Coupes in BMW’s stable, like the 6 Series. It will build off of the 2 Series coupe, convertible and coupe-only performance-oriented M2 lineup. Details are slim, but judging from the teaser image released, it will wear a sloping, coupelike fastback roofline.

Therefore, the BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe offers the ideal prerequisites to attract new target groups to hallmark BMW driving pleasure.”
The BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe will make its world debut at the 2019 Los Angeles Auto Show in November. BMW says the model will launch worldwide beginning in spring 2020.
