How Much Is the 2025 Audi A6 Sportback e-Tron?

Audi electric-vehicle shoppers who don’t want an SUV or to shell out upwards of $125,000 for an E-Tron GT will soon have an option starting at about half that price in the upcoming 2025 A6 Sportback e-Tron. Audi gave us our first look at the electric hatchback in European spec in July 2024, and the brand has now released more details for the U.S. market, including pricing and some equipment information.

What Are the 2025 Audi A6 Sportback E-Tron’s Features?
Audi is holding onto full details of the new electric hatchback’s trim levels for now, but we do know that a fixed-glass panoramic roof with adjustable opacity and a digital key, which allows owners to use their smartphone as a key, will be standard across the line. Audi’s Digital Stage digital dashboard, which consists of an 11.9-inch instrument cluster and 14.5-inch infotainment touchscreen, will also be standard; a 10.9-inch display for the front passenger will be available. The Premium Plus and Prestige trims will feature LED headlights and daytime running lights with available lighting signatures; the S6 Prestige trim will also get organic light-emitting diode taillights. An adaptive air suspension will be optional on the A6, and the S6 will feature a standard sport-tuned adaptive air suspension.
Standard safety equipment will include adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, lane departure steering assist, front and rear cross-traffic alert with automatic braking, road-sign recognition and a driver attention monitor.
What Are the 2025 Audi A6 Sportback e-Tron’s Powertrain Specs and Range?
No member of the new A6 Sportback e-Tron family is shaping up to be a slouch. The entry-level A6 Sportback e-Tron has a 375-horsepower single electric motor driving the rear axle, while the A6 Sportback e-Tron Quattro adds another motor on the front axle, bumping output to a total of 456 hp. In the S6 version, the motors are juiced up to a combined 543 hp, which Audi says will fling the EV from 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds and on to a top speed of 149 mph. All versions of the car draw electricity from the same battery pack, which has 94.4 kilowatt-hours of usable capacity. With their 800-volt electrical system able to charge at up to 270 kilowatts, all three can charge from 10%-80% in as little as 21 minutes on a DC fast charger.
Twenty-inch wheels are standard on every trim level, but an available Ultra Package comes with smaller wheels and more energy-efficient tires. Audi hasn’t released full range estimates for the lineup yet, but it says the Ultra Package will stretch the base A6’s range to 392 miles and allow the Quattro to travel 377 miles on a charge; with its higher output, the S6 will need to find a plug every 324 miles.
