I had an outstanding experience working with Mario on my vehicle purchase today. I had been searching for over a month, and from start to finish the process was seamless, efficient, and completely stress-free. Mario truly went above and beyond—he even drove the vehicle directly to my home to ensure everything was perfect. This level of service, however, has become the standard with Mario. He has now sold four Al Piemonte vehicles to my family, and each experience has been consistently excellent. He is knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Drove 2hrs round trip to purchase a Nissan Z.
Drove 2hrs round trip to purchase a Nissan Z. The salesman I encountered did not want to let me test drive the car because it was in the showroom. The used sales manager said i would have to have my credit run b4 i could test drive. I guess none of the people standing around knew how to pull it out of the showroom. No one introduced themselves or told me their name on arrival. I can only imagine how poor the service would be after purchase. I bought a car elsewhere.
