Having owned or leased nearly every make and model on the

Having owned or leased nearly every make and model on the market, I have had my share of dealership experiences. No experience even comes close to the stress-free buying and the incredible service at Al Piemonte Nissan in Melrose Park. Mario Dal Cerro sold me my current car and soon I will return to buy another. Mario and Sammy Alfano never fail me, always there for every service visit and every new car option. I could never thank them enough.

I could not believe the disrespect I received from Paul

I could not believe the disrespect I received from Paul DiFilipps. Extremely arrogant. I sat for 2.50 hours for oil change, with a 11:00 o'clock appointment. I have leased with Nissan and have never been treated so rudely

The sales staff are not very knowledgeable about EV's.

The sales staff are not very knowledgeable about EV's. They said that used cars are not eligible for the Federal EV credit. I had to send them the URL from the IRS to the contrary to get them to acknowledge that up to $4,000 may be available as a tax credit.

Drove 1 hour away in heavy rush hour traffic to look at a

Drove 1 hour away in heavy rush hour traffic to look at a used Nissan Rogue yesterday. My wife and I made the appointment yesterday morning (the same day as appointment). Well we got to the dealership only to find out after a 5 minute phone call that the car we wanted to look at isn’t actually available because it is getting cosmetic repairs done even though the car hasn’t been in any accidents and website said nothing about any damages. We were then shown another Rogue which was totally fine and it looked good but it REEKED with the smell of weed. Like every door you opened just let that smell rip right through your nose.
