There are no words to describe my experience with Al Piemonte Nissan. From Nataly’s prompt email responses, Cesar’s friendly demeanor and guidance, Sammy’s attentiveness to my concerns, to Armando‘s honesty in financing options. All made for a wonderful experience! I had visited a few other dealerships in the area, and none had shown me the same level of courtesy and respect. Their level of teamwork goes unmatched, and one can definitely feel the “we’re a family” vibe. They took the stress out of it all and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Lack of customer service, service was not started until I
Lack of customer service, service was not started until I brought it to their attention which was 4 hours later. I understand its the holidays but an update would have been nice. There is no actual person to person update on the status of your car if your have been waiting for a while. When I was refusing service for my car thats when nissan was able to get started on the service. This is not the only time I have experienced this issue. I hope this helps address and improve nissan customer service.
