Service is good but the only problem is the wait! Took me 2 hrs for a oil change really? Perhaps this. Could be fix since the waiting line was short

I went there for alignment, after they performed...
I went there for alignment, after they performed alignment and charged me 100$, they recommended me to replace control arm and other parts. So basically to change parts and to do again alignment and again to pay 100$. I think that will be better that they told me before they perform alignment that my car need some work. All other experience in this service is great. Nice friendly people.

I like how I can get visit updates on their app. The service is faster compared to other places I have been to. I don't like it when I'm in the waiting area and the sales man comes to try to sale me a new car.

Car was taken in for some issues with tires and warning signals. Al Piemonte had vehicle for several hours but didn’t repair falling under carriage plastic under front end obstructing cámara view.

Waited for a little over 2hrs for an oil change. If you were staff short, would be so nice to know, because it's a lack of respect and professionalism to have you there just waiting for a service that basically takes 39min. I called before I got there, should of been informed about the "waiting" time. Hate when others take my time for granted on their benefit. Not fair at all.
