The salesman, Yoon Shin, is very cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. So is the finance manager, Rich Ton. Yoon patiently demonstrated several features that are not easily found on the User Manual.

The absolute worst experience ever buying a vehicle.
The absolute worst experience ever buying a vehicle. We bought a 2024 Volvo XC 60 that was supposedly a dealer demo. It turns out it was a rental car. We were flatly lied to as we asked if it was a rental and they told us no. We have been back to the dealer multiple times, most issues are not resolved. We absolutely despise the vehicle. The software issues are too numerous to list. There has been a recent recall as so many customers are unhappy. Many of the problems create dangerous issues. For example, the control screen locks up, the reverse camera goes dark, the blinkers don't work etc. The automatic door locks won't open, etc. I would not recommend anyone buying from this dealership. I would also not recommend the Volvo XC 60. The only thing worse than the vehicle is the personnel at the dealership they refuse to return phone calls or emails. Run away.

David was amazing!
David was amazing! He took over as my point of contact and was very thorough and kind the entire time! He made the process very easy and had great communication through the entire process! I appreciate his patience and willingness to go above and beyond when my insurance turned a particular service away! Thank you David for your partnership and taking care of my vehicle.

Your service Dept. was top notch. Sang was great. He always kept us informed. work was completed ahead of schedule, and we really appreciated the loaner while repairs were completed. i just wish we would have started bringing our car here sooner for scheduled maintenance and repairs.

Only reason they receive a star is the knowledge of their sales team, who knew the vehicle and were patient in sharing the safety features we love in our Volvos. I appreciate Ahmen and his expertise in the XC90 model line up. Finance staff members were disrespectful, disparaging, and unprofessional. As a military family we choose our lender in alignment with our households needs, and Tom immediately pushed for in house financing because it was “difficult” to work with our lender, despite it being a nationwide bank. Even once the dealer received pre approval he insisted without a particular document he could not finance with our lender. Upon speaking with our bank, Tom was incorrect. As a finance lead it would be an expectation to know ACH vs check payment processes, but it was clear he did not. It was discouraging and deflating to be constantly questioned and talked down too. I called the next day to speak with management, and was told I’d receive a call back. I did not, called the next day, and received the same disregard. Almost a week later and no one has returned calls from their leadership team. I would never go back or recommend this dealership due to their finance team and unresponsive management.

I had a wonderful experience here buying my new Volvo XC 90. Malakai was very knowledgeable about the car and very patient with all my questions. Mohammad also helped us - he was very knowledgeable and very kind to me and my family. Even after I bought my car, he helped me figure out some car functions that I had trouble with.
